Hey you know that quote from never alone or whatever abt the grandma talking about a person being getting haunted by something? Well what if that’s what’s happening to Micheal. Where the midnight moderist minigame shows CC running away to Fredbear’s the same night William murders Charlie. CC goes outside and sees Charlie dead with the puppet on top of her. He would believe that the puppet killed her, explained the horrible thing he saw that caused him to fear animatronics. William finds out about CC’s disobedience and puts him in the fnaf 4 bedrooms to torture him with the nightmare animatronics. Then bite of ‘83 happens and Micheal is affected by CC’s agony. He becomes haunted and starts to see memories of CC in the bunker being hunted by the animatronics. This, whenever Micheal sleeps, he sees CC memories. Explaining how Micheal saw nightmare Fredbear. And the secret phone guy call in the nights. He would still be having these nightmares during fnaf 1, like the logbook suggests. That way CC is in golden Freddy and his agony is in Micheal. That way fnaf 4 is both real and a dream. That way we play as both Micheal and CC in fnaf 4.
So we've got Ghosts, Remnant, Agony, Sound Illusionary Discs, A Scooped Out Bloke, Mimic AIs and now Hallucinatory Gas. Geez, these are a LOT of gimmicks to remember!
tbf Illusion disk were never a thing, is just matpat's narrative to keep pushing them Ghosts are basically the same as Nightmares, products of weird gases The scooper and the remnant are part of the same
Ending your theory off with the Help Wanted 2 “hissing” sound effect was absolutely mind blowing to me! Didn’t even realize the hissing noise to be honest. Especially with the context of the last book coming out! Great video as always!
People may have thought it was from sound illusion disks when that was the popular theory for fnaf 4 at the time(popularized by matpat). The new explanation is basically the same thing, the only difference being what causes the illusion.
I just wanna imagine scott was just chilling one day then all the sudden out of the blue He just had a complete light bulb moment to make fnaf 4 make sense and even fit with a lot of random details put in following games after 4
I’m sure this plot line was established for a while, the fan base is so big he probably thought someone would piece it together. He finally realized we needed help lol
@@RyeToast POV: Fazbear Entertainment tried to rip off Spongebob in an episode of Freddy & Friends. They were gonna lose the $500M lawsuit, until Helpy single-handedly went all Saul Goodman on Nickelodeon.
I think it can be both, it can be the nightmare of Michael Afton and also the punishment his father William gave to him through some animatronic during night ( cause the bite of '83 ).
Nightmare Shadow Freddy is a nightmare!? Chances are, he is. But he is actually also an eldritch agony creature made of literal bad vibes. And I'll give you the scoop- remnant contains memories.
I always thought FNAF 4 happened no less than 3 times: at least once the Crying Child actually had the nightmares, at one point Michael was experimented on, AND Michael had the nightmares after FNAF 1. Hence, three times!
@@Hex.A.Decimal Shadow Freddy or Golden Freddy Probably Caused Michael Afton's Nightmares, The reason Mike has nightmares has nothing to do with the scooper
I got to say, I like hearing your theories. I feel like you take a more logical approach than a lot do. You don't stretch to insane lengths like some of the theorists do. You take the pieces you know and make them fit quite well. I could see William using this chamber to torture his own son as a type of punishment. Maybe also testing it on him to see how well it works? And taking notes to improve it. And if these are early tests, I could see him still having nightmares, when he's older. Though I did forget some think crying child is also in Golden Freddy(this series is still so confusing). But is interesting that Michael might be getting memories from his brother's spirit and that's part of what he is experiencing. But dear lord I hope some day Scott puts out a book that fully explains the entire lore. We deserve it! Also, I kinda like the idea of HW2 happening to someone that is under the effect of the gas as they look for something. Perhaps it's Gregory or Vanessa looking for something to stop the mimic and help Cassie and Roxy? (A man can hope damnit! Roxy and Cassie deserve more.) Who ever it ends up being, I'm still thinking it has to do with finding something to stop the mimic.
Do you think everything you disagree with is insane? Or anything that makes your head hurt and you have to think about? Oh no, not thinking! Also, Roxy?
@@Anti-HyperLink I never said that I think everything I disagree with is insane. I just said I think some theorists stretch to insane lengths. And yes Roxy. Her and Cassie's story I don't think is said and done. They have the start of a fun dynamic and would like to see them build up on it. I could say the same thing for Gregory and Freddy. Both interesting and both might have more to do in this story.
This is so crazy because this can still be explained as “a lucid nightmare” but this also has so many implications of it being real. FNAF 4 has to be the most obscure story in the games AND books.
Alone Together helps with GoldenDuo quite a lot, IMO. The big point brought up against GoldenDuo has always been 'but BV died at the hospital'. This story gives not just one, but a couple reasons BV could posses Fredbear still. We are told that 'most' ghosts linger where they died, 'most' meaning not all. And we are told that this mainly happens when the body's remains are undiscovered. With BV his remains never went missing. So there is less of a chance of him being tied to the place he died. However there is another important detail. Ghosts go to the place they are familiar with. BV was not familiar with the hospital, he was in a coma and his head was smashed, presumably meaning he was blind. So the last place BV would have actually been familiar with he was at, was Fredbear's. Meaning if his soul would end up in a place, it would be there.
15:55 have you ever considered that the crying child could be inside the box, then buried there? its like his coffin. perfectly matches the idea of "some things are best forgotten", the way they buried him away in some random field with no gravestone.
This theory could actually explain why fredbear’s text at the end of FNAF 4 is a different shade of yellow. It could be indicating that what’s being said isn’t a prerecorded message, but William talking in real time.
11:25 If William can invent such complex suits and a.i., it isn't out of the realm of possibility for him to make a Fredbear plush with a simple algorithm of responces for the child. It's probably something similar to what Bonbon was for Funtime Freddy saying we were just a mouse when we had to sneak past Ballora into the breaker room. It could be some kind of passive observe and analyze and formulate a response that William can turn on for when he's at work or whatever andturn off again at night when he wants to be the guiding voice for something specific in the experiments beyond the realm of a simple algorithm.
It's been a personal theory of mine that William uses the sound illusion disks or whatever else on Michael while he sleeps to create the nightmares, maybe that wasn't too far off? Great video btw!
My guess: Rory was a SECOND kid. The crying child was a failed experiment (the bite of 83 causing it to fail). But the test seemed like it was working, so they tested it a second time (Rory) but never got to finish the abandoned project.

If those are Michael's memories of being experimented on, rather than the Crying Child's, and the experiments were happening even before the Bite, then i still wonder if thst is why the Bite even happened in the first place. Like--if Michael's brain chemistry was constantly being messed with, i could see him having extremely lowered inhibitions and/or literally not being able to recognize how dangerous it really was to put his brother close to the animatronic like he did. But that is probably just some major speculation on my part. On the other hand, if Michael is experiencing the Crying Child's memories of being experimented on, i cpuld see that, as well as his general grief for his part on his brother's death, being a major motivation to kickstart his redemption arc and start wanting to directly oppose his father's schemes.
I finally understand why Tiktoks have constant moving subtitles, family guy clips or subway surfers gameplay alongside whatever content. The cat draws and keeps your attention.
I think that this story really is a wake up call for comunity. Its like Scott teling us that we should catch up with this conclusion sooner. I dont think we had any story in books that told our surroundings that close to what we see in games
Always liked your theories rye, and i Just want to highlight here how much i appreciate you acknowledging Jr's in midnight motorist is a bar. That always really frustrated me to hear people saying it was anything else, when, to me, it seemed pretty obviously coded as a bar. Props to you for holding to that.
No worries! It's not confirmed to be a bar or anything, but I think that's most likely. I definitely don't think it's FNAF 2, though, I've never like that theory
I think the most ominous discovery from this is that Micheal effectively got trapped in FNAF 4 for ten years, then immediately went into Sister Location. THAT is just awful imagine your dad torturing you for a decade and the moment you get out, your sister kills you and hides in your corpse.
One thing I always feel is necessary to mention with FNAF 1-4 (and possibly up to 6 now): they’re games. Anything we learn from future sources may not be accurate to what’s in the games, which is due to the creator’s lack of involvement to the actual events. For instance, we play as Evan in FNAF 4, but it was Michael who lived it. I think Dittophobia mimics the gameplay because it’s easier to parallel than if it started with a 17 year old, since that gets rid of one parallel. Also, the part of Golden Freddy haunting Michael and appearing as Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare helps with my headcanon/theory that Shadow Freddy is an incarnation of Cassidy’s spirit, and Nightmare is basically Nightmare Shadow Freddy.
this is wrong. The whole point of Help Wanted was that the company hired someone to make games about REAL events only for the company to disprove them so everyone will believe those events didn't happen. Also Steelwool confirmed multiple times in interviews that Scott makes the story. so yeah the games we played are the real events and not the ones the company made
The games 1-7 are canon, simply some in-universe versions of them exist due to fazbear entertainment. The books aren't parallels, rory's story is canon, and scott is still heavily involved with the games, he himself said it regarding ruin
@@LukiKruki it's not that confusing. The Company wants people to think everything that happened in the past didn't happen. They're costantly lying to clear their reputation. They even covered up Bonnie's death with a whole ride that shows Bonnie gave his place to Monty lol
At this point, I'll take it. I usually don't like plot twists like this but I'll take this over Faz-Goo and Super Cancer. The events of FNAF 4 have reminded me of a bad trip on drugs ever since I realized what drugs can do. If William's twisted enough to murder children, he's twisted enough to steal Batman's Scarecrow's whole flow and use nightmare gas on them. Also, I really like the Midnight Motorist and Sister Location interpretations you put in along the way. Why is always FNAF 4 that pokes the hornet's nest? I know that the LOOORRREEE being changed more than some people change their underwear is a core part of the fandom but boy, does it get old! At least we get more theories and awesome theorists like you out of all of the constant confusion. Even though the new story says that the Crying Child's name could possibly be Rory, I'm still gonna call him Evan. I adore that name. I wasn't on board with the theory that Michael was being tortured during FNAF 4 until now. You laid it out in a way that makes sense. The cops didn't punish Michael (or anyone else because they're either stupid or paid off) so William decided to do it himself while gathering data for his twisted quest. You gave us some delicious FNAF theory bread to eat with this video and I'm devouring it. Well done!
This theory, I think encourages the 'Into Madness' title of the current era of fnaf where everyone is struggling to differentiate between reality and illusion.
Not sure why I've had this thought, but I wonder if the Tales books are meant to be made by Fazbear Entertainment to tell their own variation of things that have happened in-universe. Fazbear loves their propaganda and cover-ups (see: VR) so telling Goosebumps-type stories about their past and Pizzaplex is right up their alley.
SO....... I looked up what Ditto phobia means, and it LITERALLY TRANSLATES to "Fear of REPETITION."😨 so If Rory from this story, has been repeating this cycle for 10 YEARS!!! then that brings a WHOLE new meaning to the title 😰😰😰
One thing that bothered me about the Fnaf 4 dream theory is how does the ending relate to it? If it was just a dream what does the “I will put you back together” speech tie into it
I feel so dumb. I've been watching your videos for months if not a year or so, subscribed and everything, and every time I hear you say "Slices, put on your apron" my brain goes to pizza slices. For the first time, I happened to be looking at the channel icon and name, and put together what you actually have been intending all this time.... One braincell go brrrr.
Personally, based on another theory I've heard, I think CC + possibly other kids that William has taken were the ones actually experimented on. They were the ones that actually went through the hallucinations, and when they died, their remnant was then put into the scooper, which is how it injects remnant, and how it did it to Michael. Then, when Michael got scooped, he was injected by the kids' and possibly CC's remnant, which holds memories, he started having nightmares based on what his little brother and what the other kids saw. That's how we see/hear the hospital equipment+ other easter eggs, because it's Michael's own memories mixing with CC's/other kids'. I also personally believe that only the nights that we see the hospital equipment + other unique easter eggs, are the nights that we play as Michael in his nightmares. All the other nights we play as CC and the other kids in the real, physical world, hallucinating. I also think CC going through the experiments would be a good reason why he was so afraid of and had a phobia of animatronics, and was especially scared when Michael and his friends jump scared him with their masks based off the animatronics; because it reminded him of the hallucinations he went through. Besides, CC would be an easy candidate for William to test on instead of his older brother who's around like 13 years old (based on Young Mike's actor's age in the FNAF movie). Rory was 7 when he started getting tested on, and I honestly believe that CC died on his seventh birthday because of some implications and all, and its likelihood. A 6-7 year old would be a pretty easy target to make a fear and hallucinogenic experiment on. Disregarding that, I never really thought of the Fredbear plush being a cassette; I actually really like it and it could explain a lot
I'm so happy someone touched up on the Nightmare Fredbear, Nightmare situation. Like how Crying child reaches out to micheal with Golden Freddy, and that affects what we see in Mike's Nightmare's Crying Child trying to communicate with Micheal. But the result of the experiments and possibly Cassidy's specific power we see in UCN, and Man In Room 1280. Cassidy attacks via Memories Nightmare's sleep. Its just Afton is in a forever sleep as a corpse never able to wake up. I really like to think of FNAF 4 as a earlier Ultimate Custom Night. And I'm so glad you pointed out the 2 Fredbear variants, and the tendency of Golden Freddy comunicating to Michael. Its also seen Via log book, the 2 spirits comunicating with Michael. Cassidy and Crying Child.
this is basically how ive interpreted this part of the timeline and the games, and that clip from the timeline really solidified it for me. ive always thought the experiments were done to michael afton as a teen after the crying childs death but the game play is his nightmares now, maybe he imagines the room like that because of working at the Freddie's' locations. its all an amalgamation of the torment he's suffered over the years, there are aspects of all the games up to fnaf 4 and hes suffered through it all and it haunts him. this is such a wonderful theory, there will always be things that seem to never make sense because thats just Scott but despite it you make amazing videos! i always seem to agree with you, im very excited to see if you're right about help wanted 2
I don’t usually comment on RUclips videos (I’m a bit of a lurker) but I had to throw my hat in the ring for this one. During Midnight Motorist, you can see animatronic footprints outside the window of the Runaway’s room. This theory also accounts for that, because it can be explained as William’s rudimentary scare tactics that he uses to torture Mike after the bite of ‘83. He doesn’t have the gas or anything like that yet, so instead, he tries to use real suits to scare/torture Mike as a punishment for what he did to his brother, and of course, the suit isn’t present outside his room because he pulled it in to not damage it in the rain. Idk, I feel like that really fits with this theory!
I just realized the map of sister location is very similar to FNAF 4. The FNAF 4 kids bedroom is the main control room, either Funtime gallery is the halls, circus gallery is the closet. I know it's not the same area but it's fun to think about.
What if we play as Cassie in Help Wanted 2, and, like Rory, she has been wearing the mask for so long that she is unable te see the Sister Location's ruined state, and thinks that she is doing something good. Instead, the Mimic is manipulating her into helping him. That would mean that everything we see in Help Wanted 2 is actually an hallucination, and Cassie would literally be in VR because of the mask's influence.
I wanna know why everyone still thinks Orange Guy is William Afton. Why in earth would Scott change the color of Afton’s character? To throw us off that it’s not William Afton? Well he didn’t do a very good job throwing us off then. No. I don’t think Orange Guy is William Afton. If he wanted to be William Afton, he would’ve just made him Purple Guy.
Yeah so I feel like it's Henry but he gray but in the FNAF book encyclopedia henry wearing Orange or Michael idk? This is just what I think also in the other games William has been purple so ?also Michael has orange tan skin.
I love that theories have gone from "William loved his children but lost them due to accidents" to "William loved his children except Micheal" and finally "William loved his children and also tortured them because he could" shfskj What a girlboss
Rye, can I call you Rye? I love your theories so much. This video especially feels like one of the most sound and actually sane sounding FNAF theories (because the stuff we talk about is normal to me). Everything just makes sense, even the explanation for Nightmare just feels like things clicking into place. Is it possibly retroactive/retcon? Possible. But does it make more sense than anything we've come up with before? Somehow yes. If Help Wanted 2 really goes in the direction you predicted it, I can't wait to see you play it and theorize it to hell and back.
I love this! I never really 'got' FNAF4 even with dream theory - it just seemed like something was missing. But yeah Dittophobia basically explaining about the hallucinogenic gas and cassette makes more sense to me
a question ive had for a while is who possesses funtime freddy? I think this book gives a satisfying answer, its Rory. Or whatever his game equivalent is. One of Afton's horrific experiments, near the sister location bunker, it checks out. I dont know how that works with the timeline if this kid had spent a decade in that, but, my thought for that would simply be in the games he dies of starvation. One loose connection I could make is that perhaps fazbears in the series represent agony, where bonnies represent remnant. Idk just a vague theory, but it might make sense. The tangle being like a pure embodiment of agony, springtrap being a pure embodiment of remnant. Something like that.
In that other story that gives us the steps of haunting, one of the early steps is tricks in your vision. Implying that all of the hallucinations from FNAF 1 could be the crying child
I love the new stuff to chew on with Dittophobia! Can go either way which is nice, gives us more answers without just answering everything for us. My interpretation of it atm is it's Mike's dreams, with the remnant we know he was injected with after Sister Location, with probably using remnant from those FNAF 4 experiments. I didn't even know about the other book story talking about this so I'm really happy! Then it can be a sort of shared trauma he experiences while still staying in line with the dream hints and Mike knowing about Nightmare Fredbear, among other things. All down to opinion of course! I feel it's a lot tidier of a conclusion to make without requiring William experimenting on his children which never quite sat right with me. Very much an occam's razor situation for me but I'm on board with multiple angles of this so I can't complain either way Love being able to sink my teeth into this stuff, it's really nice to see! Never expected this sort of clarity on something far behind us now but it's greatly appreciated I like that it's not completely solved either, I enjoy having these different views and theories on what happened and seeing people talk about all the different angles they can take is great, really missed this sort of theorising
Oh wait what if the yellow figure in Midnight Motorists is in fact William, but the reason he's yellow is because he's not "corrupt" yet. He hasn't committed a murder yet since only the crying child has died, and he kills Charlie after (in most theories). Once he turns purple, he's the man behind the slaughter we know. This is really just speculation, the only evidence I really have is baby's eye color change, blue being a child-murdering robot, and green being Elizabeth's eyes. Both represent a change in character. Also, yellow is purple's complentrary color. I don't have anything concrete yet, though.
2:37 Map looks like the Crying child. It ties in that Mike is having these "Nightmare" animatronics and the FNAF 1 phone call (backwards dream time stuff) in an exact (but bedroom) replica of the FNAF 1 office/pizzaria. Mike is also able to turn Foxy into the plush because Foxy (withered with a dead body) is what mischief Mike showed (and traumatised) the crying child with behind the "out of order" curtain, and this is why Crying Child tore the head off his Foxy plush in his room, because he couldn't bare to look at it, and the reason why Mike uses that specific mask to taunt the Crying child.
I’m glad someone else believes that “Midnight Motorist” isn’t about Rory. There are _far_ too many links between “Midnight Motorist” and the Aftons that I think it’s foolish to assume that AftonMM is debunked.
A point against Rye here: In Midnight Motorist/ *"...later that night"* it's called "LATER THAT NIGHT." As well. 🤦♂️ Rory didn't run away, he was kidnapped. We see this in Dittophobia-Rory is getting ready for school, and then he blacks out. If this was William, why wouldn't he just stab the kid? Hell, we've NEVER heard of William breaking into houses--his MO has ALWAYS been to lure kids to a dark, back room and kill them quickly; Glitchtrap/"Mimic_1" recreates this in VR, and he does a little dance after we die. This story DOES, however, match fairly close to another story earlier in the series-Toy Chica's High School years cutscenes. I think it's after Susie ("I'll tell him somebody ran over his dog."), but before Charlie. A story where Chica is thinking: If he doesn't come over tonight, then I'll go over and break into his house--He'll be mine tonight for sure. But besides these 2 stories, there's actually ANOTHER, seemingly unrelated story from Candy Cadet-about the Old Man who adopted the 5 orphans. This story is the ONLY story that ends abruptly, as though unfinished, and hasn't EVER had a conclusion since it's introduction into the franchise... *"He left one day to buy food, his heart being filled with gladness, but returned to find that the burglar had chosen his home, and killed all five of the children..."* The Old Man stitches the bodies together because he can only afford one coffin, then: *"...The man could only afford one coffin, so he stitched the five bodies together to make one, and buried the child. That night, there was a knock at the door."* So not only did someone break into a house, and kill children, we have NEVER gotten a conclusion to this story...
1:20 bro, that’s just a random Easter egg. (I know that Scott didn’t put random Easter eggs but think about it, most if not all of the Easter eggs like toy chica’s beak are in the minigames, not the gameplay itself, also if Scott wanted us to think we play as mike, he would just put a phone call explaining the gameplay of something)
Imo, Dittophobia is more or less what actually happened, maybe not to rory, but a kid before him. It's implied that there were other children down there who had died before Rory, "Apparently, the whole thing was a nasty experiment designed to study the effects of ongoing fear in children." To me it's likely William was trying to recreate the conditions of the Bite of 83', as a possible recreation of Fredbears shows up on the SL breaker room map. I believe that the victims of the experiments most likely ended up as remnant inside the scooper, which was injected into Mike. Which lines up with your point abt the Grandma's line abt the steps of a haunting, and the memories that aren't yours. Also I think your HW2 theory might be almost spot on. In a PlayStation Blog post Steel Wool's Executive Producer said, "Improving on the original title, Help Wanted 2 introduces several brand new minigames that bring you face to face with familiar characters and locations from the series’ past. But all is not as it seems in this new job… It’ll be up to you to brave through the horrors TO FIGURE OUT THE TRUTH"
I think Fnaf 4 is a recurring dream based on real experiences of Micheal’s. This is why you can hear the fnaf 1 phone call because it’s a memory of Micheals time as the night guard blurring together with other memories of experiments from his childhood. This also explains the odd details like the flowers and IV drip Also I believe Midnight Motorist is us playing as the parent of an MCI kid the night he gets lured away by Spring Bonnie
I have 2 questions Rye. Why would William test on another child and also why hasn’t that kid died for not eating a thing else than wafers for 10 years?( also I know this is a game and will be able to be debunked but just asking
For the first question, I don't know that's a story. I think in the games hes only done it on Michael personally. For the second, it's explained in the book that the fridge was stocked with freeze dried wafers of everything a body needs for nutrients, so it was barely keeping him alive
the book is literally 1 to 1 just like the last books put people still say it's not canon lol. We need Scott at this point to come up and literally say its canon
Chances are Help Wanted 2 could be a prequel. Since the last sequel (Fnaf 2) was a prequel and ppl were confused about it for some reason. Also Help Wanted 2 could be the events of one of the 2 workers that came into Sister location and they both tragically died.
i love this theory, dont get mw wrong. i think almost everything fits, but there is one aspect you didnt cover: the animatronic footsteps outside the window. which animatronic are them from, and why are they there? and how do they connect with the theory?
This makes me think of that one fnaf book that seemed to be the only book not connected to fnaf since it was about a homemade doll in the closet of a sick kid (i forgot the name of the story). The connection must be how the dad, Evan, spoke through the doll to his son who didn't know the voice in the doll was his dad. And here, William is speaking through the golden frddy plush to guide his son (but both do it for VERY different reasons lol).
@@RyeToast that part alone was enough for me to be fully on board with the rest of your theory i cant believe i didnt notice that noise in the trailer before
Honest question I have had for a looonnnggg time (since 4) and is made more viable all over again--- Is the Crying Child actually William's kid? Or is it Sammy and William nabbed or got custody of him? At the very least MM feels like Henry vs. William. Basically, William killing one and experimenting on the other to turn them into the children he wants in his own twisted way.

Then bite of ‘83 happens and
Micheal is affected by CC’s agony.
That way we play as both Micheal and CC in fnaf 4.
maybe the person we play as in help wanted 2 is wade finding the bunker and looking for rory
sooo the afton kids are experiments?

Great video as always!
Totally agree
People may have thought it was from sound illusion disks when that was the popular theory for fnaf 4 at the time(popularized by matpat). The new explanation is basically the same thing, the only difference being what causes the illusion.

@@RyeToast wow I can't believe it a famous RUclipsr agrees with me, ME!!

“william afton is the gaslight gatekeep girlboss of our dreams” made me laugh so hard
That actually would make a lot of sense to why crying child would possess Fredbear
Wtf does BV mean
@@cesarcastillo7129 crying child

Can i just say, from your summary alone, this has to be one of the best and most horrifying stories these FNAF books ever told.

Also Steelwool confirmed multiple times in interviews that Scott makes the story.
so yeah the games we played are the real events and not the ones the company made
I agree with the n. Fredbear one
The games 1-7 are canon, simply some in-universe versions of them exist due to fazbear entertainment. The books aren't parallels, rory's story is canon, and scott is still heavily involved with the games, he himself said it regarding ruin
@@Starbear_Ent Bascially "I created a game about apples to say apples aren't apples" if your comment is confusing.
@@LukiKruki it's not that confusing. The Company wants people to think everything that happened in the past didn't happen. They're costantly lying to clear their reputation.

Well done!

Not sure why I've had this thought, but I wonder if the Tales books are meant to be made by Fazbear Entertainment to tell their own variation of things that have happened in-universe. One thing that bothered me about the Fnaf 4 dream theory is how does the ending relate to it?
If it was just a dream what does the “I will put you back together” speech tie into it
Yall remember the teaser where Sister Location was "closed due to gas leaks"?

That's a big mood tho
Before I even started the video, I had to subscribe. You call your subscribers “Slices”
This is so on point, educating and entertaining at the same time - thanks! ❤
"Henry, would you say that I am a 'Girlboss'?"
"What the hell, William."
"You see I literally and figuratively gas my children..."
this is basically how ive interpreted this part of the timeline and the games, and that clip from the timeline really solidified it for me. ive always thought the experiments were done to michael afton as a teen after the crying childs death but the game play is his nightmares now, maybe he imagines the room like that because of working at the Freddie's' locations. its all an amalgamation of the torment he's suffered over the years, there are aspects of all the games up to fnaf 4 and hes suffered through it all and it haunts him. this is such a wonderful theory, there will always be things that seem to never make sense because thats just Scott but despite it you make amazing videos! i always seem to agree with you, im very excited to see if you're right about help wanted 2

I LOVE THIS THEORY!! I wish the help wanted 2 part was what we got. Great video!

Thank you!!
What if the hallucinatory gas is also in FNaF 1, explaining the stuff on the walls changing as well as Golden Freddy?
Very much an occam's razor situation for me but I'm on board with multiple angles of this so I can't complain either way
Love being able to sink my teeth into this stuff, it's really nice to see! Never expected this sort of clarity on something far behind us now but it's greatly appreciated
I like that it's not completely solved either, I enjoy having these different views and theories on what happened and seeing people talk about all the different angles they can take is great, really missed this sort of theorising
Dude the hissing noise at the end of the Help Wanted 2 trailer with this story in mind is fucking wild!
*Me after reloading my for you page non stop to see if Rye Toast posted and now he finally has*
Oh wait what if the yellow figure in Midnight Motorists is in fact William, but the reason he's yellow is because he's not "corrupt" yet.
I'm glad we can now just say fnaf 4 happened because of a gas leak
"Cancelled due to leaks."

I’m glad someone else believes that “Midnight Motorist” isn’t about Rory. There are _far_ too many links between “Midnight Motorist” and the Aftons that I think it’s foolish to assume that AftonMM is debunked.
Never call William a girl boss ever again 😭 I CAN'T BREATHE
A point against Rye here:
In Midnight Motorist/ *"...later that night"* it's called "LATER THAT NIGHT." As well. 🤦♂️
Rory didn't run away, he was kidnapped.
*"He left one day to buy food, his heart being filled with gladness, but returned to find that the burglar had chosen his home, and killed all five of the children..."*
The Old Man stitches the bodies together because he can only afford one coffin, then:
*"...The man could only afford one coffin, so he stitched the five bodies together to make one, and buried the child. That night, there was a knock at the door."*
So not only did someone break into a house, and kill children, we have NEVER gotten a conclusion to this story...
Bruh what is that book. Thats creepy as heck...
This also explains the odd details like the flowers and IV drip
Also I believe Midnight Motorist is us playing as the parent of an MCI kid the night he gets lured away by Spring Bonnie
@@RyeToastokay thank you
If there was an award for best pre help wanted 2 theory, I’m 100% sure it would be given to you!
So…..the Russian Sleep Experiment creepypasta but slightly altered?
the book is literally 1 to 1 just like the last books put people still say it's not canon lol.
I remember the time when that RyeToast said “It’s Fazin’ time” and told his unhinged theory
i love this theory, dont get mw wrong. i think almost everything fits, but there is one aspect you didnt cover: the animatronic footsteps outside the window. which animatronic are them from, and why are they there? and how do they connect with the theory?
This makes me think of that one fnaf book that seemed to be the only book not connected to fnaf since it was about a homemade doll in the closet of a sick kid (i forgot the name of the story). The connection must be how the dad, Evan, spoke through the doll to his son who didn't know the voice in the doll was his dad. And here, William is speaking through the golden frddy plush to guide his son (but both do it for VERY different reasons lol).
Great theory and, i must say, i love your hair man👍.
Thank you! It took a while to get this long
literally just got into an argument about this a few weeks ago with my little brother. thank you for proving my theory about fnaf 4 :)
18:51 that is insane
RIGHT?!
@@RyeToast that part alone was enough for me to be fully on board with the rest of your theory i cant believe i didnt notice that noise in the trailer before
"Is it dreams is it real it's hard to tell" story of my life lol
Honest question I have had for a looonnnggg time (since 4) and is made more viable all over again---
Is the Crying Child actually William's kid? Or is it Sammy and William nabbed or got custody of him? At the very least MM feels like Henry vs. William.
Basically, William killing one and experimenting on the other to turn them into the children he wants in his own twisted way.
THANK YOU for pointing out the discrepancies between Rory’s Parents and Midnight Motorist, I saw people connecting them and I felt like I was going insane
