In 1987 I did a 2000ft static line jump at our local airport. Low level jumps can be pretty scary and I still have nightmares about the fear prior to leaving the plane, but remember feeling great when the round chute opened. I had intended to carry on to do skydiving but never did. Part of me wants to 51% doesn't. Get kicks from motorbikes instead, possibly more dangerous. Possibly less fun.
Good video, Akash! Fantastically sharp optics. I'd like to see an even longer version with more details of jumping, flying, landing. And please tell me what that music was you used.
Ok - No 1: Too much music too loud! I couldn't concentrate on what people were saying. Get rid of the music until the end 2: Too much talking not enough action to show why the people were enthusiastic about skydiving. Show more jumping, tricks, the whole variety of skydiving. The enhthusiasm was infectious - you just need to connect that more strongly to actually skydiving - e.g. the ride up in the plane, the nervousness, the rush of jumping out the door, the safety precautions we all take, jumping with buddies, ...and emphathise the feeling of flying, which ultimately is the reason we all skydive...it's not really because we are additcted to adrenaline...we are addicted to flying through the air! Other than that...good job :)
I had my last jump 35 years ago, i newer forget the feeling, og freedom, i was defiantly worth it..

I thought it was a great little featurette, and a good starting point for a longer film if you wanted to do one!
Nice video man. Nothing like a DZ!
Open Air: an interview advertisement for people who have not jumoed before.
