Kwaku hasn't done the right thing. Ethically, if you want to publish anything about someone you consult with them. There are two sides to every story. Why haven't you put her side of the story on the media as well ?
Normally it's expected that you give the person involved some time frame to give her side of the story and if the time elapses without any feedback from the person then you're good to go.
In my opinion Kwaku did an interview and should maybe have fact checked with the lady as a friend and colleague before posting.
