I see the pro's and cons to this. If i had Lil Wayne's money I'd do the same for my daughter/son. However, they will know and come to understand the meaning and value of hard-work. They're not gonna be spoiled brats that act up in school or elsewhere cause "my mom and dad is so and so and can pay to get me out of anything while the rest you actually have to endure the consequences of your actions." The balance is difficult even for normal non-famous parents so I can only imagine what its like to be in their shoes. My kids won't get anything but the right to eat, breathe, clean, bathe and study if they act up. My rules are simple GOD first, tithe, behave yourself, make good grades, do chores and give back to your community/those less fortunate. Sure they can go out and have fun but there is a season for everything. Not everything has to be done in excess.
