I see in your video you don't show yourself connecting the phone in the way that is instructed. What I should have realized this wouldn't work when you say phone must have battery inside. No duh! WHAT PHONE DOESN'T have a battery inside today(not many) but who who think it would work without one. I even tried a different phone. After plugging in the phone to the computer the phone shows that its charging. Program never recognizes the phone cause the phone never goes into what ever mode that does NOT happens by holding vol + & - and plugging in the USB. Thus I FOUND IT TO BE A WASTE OF TIME TBH.
