@Nick_catman 现在高州人芋头扣肉的香料名称是(十三香)。高州土产是龙眼和荔枝，就是唐朝皇帝命人快马加鞭从高州快马加鞭送到的荔枝，还有高州信宜人吃的猪脚醋是白米醋，是白色的汤水，不是黑色浓稠，高州农耕稻田白米充足。高州信宜乡下婚嫁习俗中保留乡亲在酒席宴吃喝，不收(賀仪)或者是(粉仪)。一些大款，不收任何金钱之外，宾客离开的时候，每一个乡亲还有(红包)一封高高兴兴地回家。🤩🤩🤩
