I use the program "outplayed" 18k bitrate and 2560x1440. You can clip the last minutes with a button, always had a good experience with it, better than geforce experience

Just practice not adsing it really is not a good habit. Play enough deathmatch and get used to not scoping in, I made a video a longer time ago but it might still help

Always better to have control over your bullets, burst on mid to long range and even on close range try to only spray when it makes sense

Your aim is too good. Can you help me I m stuck in plat my aim is not consistent, I suck at strafing and if someone wide swing which they do a lot in this elo I can't react to it in time any tips for improving?
Sounds like you are not warming up properly, you gotta focus on only bursting in dm then your movement also gets better. And about the wide swings, I would say your crosshairplacement is too tight you should put your crosshair a couple of cm away from the angle you are holding because if you hold the corner you will see them when they peek your reaction time will be too slow.
