This scene is so surreal. Loving someone so much but he/she does not love you back the same way because the other person is gay. Heartbreaking scene. What does not kill you makes you stronger.
Not surreal, It happen a lot in real life, I'm Gay a lot of friends in the past told me That they like me and that's the most awkward situation possible but you have to be honest the same when i like a straight men they have to be honnest too

@@mariamunie0696 Paul and Jennifer never went out, because, he was already with someone at that point. Someone whom is now his future wife and the mother of his children. Meanwhile, Jennifer broke up with her boyfriend in early/spring 1998, and then, very soon (May-ish) getting together with Brad. Last but not least. Yes, Jennifer did deserve better than someone like Brad ... but sometimes you get what you preach. In reference to Jennifer during that period increasingly neglecting her own beauty and happiness for the tales of fame and fortune.
Never really could see how much of an art or how much talent and how hard it is to act until now. To be able to act feelings and make it look perfectly real is such a God given talent. God bless both of you.
Aniston is a amazing actress, she isn’t type casted for comedies, she just likes comedies, but can play various roles

He's so dreamy, actually he is one of my favorite actors because of his flawless looks, smile and kindness. You should see him in "you spin me round" video it's funny.
This scene may not be the ideal happy ending but it represents reality a lot better.

hits too close to home. i fell in love with my best friend a while ago and she was straight and I am bi and it was the hardest thing i ever had to go through. and we had a conversation with me telling her that i loved her more than anything in this world and i was shot down just like jen's character. broke me for a long long time.

One of the hardest things is not realizing the truth its saying it out loud 😕 knowing that after you hear for yourself nothing can stay the same everything from that moment will change..
God my heart breaks every time I watch this scene💔😭. Just imagining if they did this kind of scene in Friends where Ross was going to marry Emily. It’ll would’ve broken our hearts to watch... You would see Rachel watching from far distance and walks out cause she can’t bare to watch the man she loves marrying another.. Ross goes after her. Rachel tells him she wants him and marry her.. Ross breaks her heart choosing Emily over her... Rachel struggles around him and decides to leave to live with her mother😢💔
There was a heartbreaking scene when she said to Ross, instead of- "I still love you" she said- "Congratulate."

He meant he doesn’t want to lose their close friendship..they were best friends and he loves and cares for her. He just doesn’t love her in a romantic way like she does for him. But of course George has to respect Nina’s feelings about everything and her not wanting to see him for a while. It hurts..to love someone you can’t have and what’s worse he is your best friend. But the ending is happy one for everybody. Nina and the baby’s real dad is in good terms aka good co-parenting. She moved on from George and fell in love with the caring and charming guy. Then her and George remained best friends and he’s still involved as Uncle George to Nina’s baby. ❤️

It was not about the differences in their orientation at all! It was about not letting the person/ family/ friend feel let down about/ for who they are and the choices they make and being happy for them that they are not unhappily bound by whatever has their affections and treasures their affections in turn! The object of our affections are the truth we seek in each and every choice that we make and not objectifying and diminishing the honesty of that truthful choice! we keep seeking that objective truth throughout our lives!

Way back when many centuries ago, when I was in college, I had a very dear friend, whom I thought I was in love with. We even did a choreographed dance number in local bar to celebrate graduation - "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy"! Can't dance a lick, but she coaxed me through it!
I would have married her, had she accepted me. Instead she chose a fellow college rival. It was probably for the best, as my unacknowledged sexuality would have destroyed the marriage and the friendship, had it happened. Her sister(s) preferred me, but it was for the best. We are still good friends - I just wish it could have turned out otherwise, but I would have preferred "Paul", and that would have destroyed us! Happy that she is now in a happy, healthy relationship! And I still play facebook with one of her sisters!
