Yes once I was going to Gangtok and before Areria, fuel gauze of the Tank of my AmazeS itdec went down to 6 litre mark.However, We found a fueltank before Areria. In Nov.2019 I visited Gujarat and travelled Ahmedabad Dwarka ,Bet Dwarka, Dieu, Gir,Statue of Unity Ke vadia,Vadodara on Desire diesel but did not face any Problem even not a single puncture in the journey o f over2500 km.We followed the same precautions as Narrated by you. I am a frequent road tripper In 2009 I visited Uttarakhand Chardham,Via Rishikesh Hardwar to Gngotri,Yamunotri and Kedarnath. We visited Pointa Sahib,Hathini Barrage , Chandigarh, Manali And Rohtang.Total milage 4400 Km. with only one puncture at Hardware,Chandi Devi. I dont know wh6 indians are mad for swift or a dzire ...these car are very cheap..the build quality of these car r very bad and indians think these r giving good millage but safty is more important then millage all indians want a 7 inch touch screen push start button apple car play led drls but they never ask about safty as safty is first the other thing are not important as ford aspire is giving 6 airbag in the top end varient and for your kind information in japan and other countries maruti is giving 4 or 6 airbag as standard and here they r giving only 2 which us verg bad and u think that dzire and xcent and some other are best while the best r,ford,vw,skoda cars if u think i am right then like my comment
