Yeah why not? Pumping water down is not hard, if you needed to pump air 10M below and displace water that would be hard. This is why Venturi is extremely useful for aeration under high depths. I would recommend using this over air pumps. Its much cheaper, and in most cases it is easily adaptable to existing pounds that already have a high pressure water system.
