I am just leaving this out for Shahbaz to read. Your story made me think of my life and compare it to sahabas and even yours. Just the faith you have inspired me. When you said that myaoosi is like not believing in the creators ability to open windows for you in a windowless room, that really struck a cord in my heart. The difficulties will come and pass but not letting go of that hope, that’s the purpose of creation. Thank you so much for being so fearless. You’re incredibly brave!

The last part is so awesome and it is strange that when we start practicing deen how we look down at others who do not look like us but then we find out that these people have more faith, more Khair, and are closer to Allah, you got shocked and this thing makes you a bit of Aajiz and to not judge other Muslims. When Arsalan bhai said that if the prophet asked me what you had done for him, it brought tears to my eyes as we had not done anything. I loved the way arsalan bhai carries conversations with people of a kinda different mindsets in a way by which they do not get offended. JazakAllah Khair Nasaeeha.

The podcast which i am viewing twice. He has clear thoughts and one can realise and understand the life when he gets closer to death and finds no option . Getting rescued after such a phase , develops unshakable belief on Almighty Allah SWT.

    Brother Shahbaaz !
You're very fortunate mashaAllah for the beginning of the real journey ... I believe in every word you said about your Tawheed ..but don't make your father, your purpose because it would be a smaller selfish purpose ..
Remember one thing that the one you love the most is always the one who becomes your TEST ... Now you should understand that your Father is BETWEEN you and your TAWHEED ... your purpose should be ALLAH and nothing else .
You don't need to look like certain way ..Looks are not muslim , Hearts are ...
May Allah bless your Muslim heart . Ameen

Just curious, did the taliban ever acknowledge his claim of being abducted by them and imprisoned for years in Afghanistan? Do we have any proof out there that corroborates his story? Would appreciate some useful information on this

He should have put in all his experiences in his book instead of listening to materialists and worrying that some people will not believe it. A revised edition would correct it.
Mairoo is bad company. You have been through a lot and God had mercy on you , and yet to be drawn to people like Mairoo? Why?

I as a muslim heavily disagree with him saying
that you just worry about yourself
yes Allah will protect the Quran but we have to do our bit
I don't understand the man who was beating him even after they saw him reading namaz and reading Quran , fasting doing zikar
,,every one will come to HIM on the day of judgment alone ,,

Really sorry but islam prefers more of acting on the Prophetic Teachings rather than just spilling words his lifestyle is quite the opposite...we are not to judge when someone has completely changed themselves but when someone is acting contradictory we can point it out...never expected from naseeha this way of tableegh would push the gen further away from Acting upod deen...it would be normalized that you can be a muslim and have any lifestyle you desire...man celebrates christmas reveals his half naked wife and whatnot hangs out with elites who promote indecency im society and yeah you can see by yourselves just 2 clicks away
