FIFA 19 loading error fix

This video shows a simple method to fix FIFA 19 stuck at the Loading Screen.
Steps to do in detail below.
1. Go to FIFA 19 file location.
2. Right-click on FIFA 19 and select properties.
3. Click on compatibility.
4. Check run program in compatibility mode for= select Windows 7.[]
5. Check the disable full-screen optimization.[]
6. Check run the program as admin.[]
7. Change high DPI settings.
8. Check override high DPI, scaling behavior/scaling performed by=system (enhanced)[]
9. Click ok and apply.
1. Open the FIFA setup folder.
2. Open FIFA config and click on game settings.
Make the settings/ change settings to
3. Under Resolution select= windowed | you can decide to select Fullscreen later []
4. Under rendering quality select=low[]
5. Under MSAA options select=off[]
6. Under frame rate select=lock to 30fps[]
7. Under DirectX select=11.0
8. Click ok and apply.
9. Now open the game.
