Yes, you can impose rules for yourself and force yourself to play one key at a time. However, when I do this (and in this video as well) I don't think of any particular key or time and I literally just play whatever comes out. If I then find a key center that I like, I might stay on it for a short or long while. It's all about painting the painting that you're painting...if that makes any sense :) Keep on playing my friend!

This is great! Also because I tried it every day since I play the sax, and now I think I didn't waste time!
