I would have never guessed that increasing the finishing passes would make it move outward radially. There have been many times I wanted to extend past the edge of a part to ensure cleanup, thanks!

Hey Kurt, I've seen a TON of videos on setup for first op programming, but I think it would be utterly invaluable to create a series on second op setups, such as softjaw or fixture creation (that part in this video would be perfect) tied in with programming. Basically a "manufacturing miniseries" from start to finish.
Thanks for the video, yours are always enjoyable and informative.

+atomkinder67 Totally...have you seen this document on multiple setups? It's old, but good. i'll whip up a couple videos. myhub.autodesk360.com/ue29c9141/shares/public/SH7f1edQT22b515c761eaa673e8e12d8f6b4

+Curtis Chan I had not! I also spelled your name incorrectly, which I apologize for, and should be more aware of as most folks misspell mine too.
I've been tackling a lot of fixturing ideas at the day job in SW/HSMXpress and found it tough going with few examples out there, and I figure there are likely others out there like me.
      Looking forward to your videos.

+Curtis Chan It would be awesome to see a video of making soft jaws based on the part you're machining at the time. Just started using fusion and coming from mastercam which was a pain to make soft jaws for parts, it would be great to see :) i just posted a video of the first part i made with fusion at work today too :)

Could you make some turning videos. Really like the interface and want to start using the turning software. Mainly for boring and face grooving toolpaths

How did you get the stock to appear transparent all the time? Mine only shows up when highlighting the operation folder. Did you have to create the stock as a solid body in the model workspace?

Same problem for me: I cant see the stock to choose a contour like Curt did. What's frustrating is that the select contour box says "Nothing" so I know there isn't anything selected, but the contour I want (outside edge of stock) is shown in the work area! So close, but so far... Any updates?
