Then even u can get 60 to 70 percentage of ur Home loan EMI if u have opted for 90 percentage bank finance. Magicbricks listening flats are always on a higher side price listed as it is a commission earning based entity to get its earning from your property. GST and Registration u have to pay at the time of registration. So after registration ur property appreciation value will be adjusted towards government earnings only (GST n Registration expenses) , home loan emi interest also u have to keep it in mind. So Bhubaneswar based flats and apartments are only good for living space. Better to opt for land and individual buildings.
Apartment price ku plot price sahita compare karantuni. Resale flat jadi tahele ei flat maximum 32 lacs haba katha. 1 bhk Hitech plaza re 15 lacs, ta 2bhk 37 kana pai. Overpriced.
