i know im late but i have done all Act 4 Missions and i have the Diary but these other like the Dog collar and Camera items are not Dropping. i have done the exact same steps as everyone showing. is there anyway i can fix this
They were dropping for me, but then I died trying to get it done loaded into the next game. A friend gave me his diary and I couldn't get it done after that.
Really shows how op the golden armor plates are when you are in T3 zone with no juggernog, no staminup and a megabomb shows up. For the collar I just put in a molotov in a tier 1 dog house and the dog gave the item, no flesh needed. Btw the dog collar bounty in tier 3 can be overwhelming to do as a solo. I had the bounty mangler(bullet sponge 1), another named mangler(bullet sponge 2) and a normal one (in the video there seems to be 3 disciples for the camera). All 3 were alternating their ranged attack (blinding, staggering me and stripping off my plates) as well as T3 zombies spawning nonstop. With a pap3 weapon and a few molotovs, this wasn't it. It took me a very long time and a few trips to the ammo depot. At the end the storm was expanding, I had a turret that was hoping to keep but it helped a little bit, then the bounty mangler seemed to glitch and slowly float away while healing, the turret and I focused on him, the final fifth of his health bar went to zero and the rift appeared with the golden dog collar. Weird, endless fight.
I have done the easter egg, killed the mega, got the sigil and gone into the first dark aether. But now when I go to the portal it wont spawn in, it just has all the pedestals again. Even though I have several sigils. When I went in I only completed the extractors and outlast, do I need to complete all 3 in order to gain permanent access? I have already completed the elder with a buddy but it wont let me access the portal even though I did everything. I just want to go into this one because it has better acquisitions than the second dark aether.
I just looked it up on Reddit, it’s glitched out just invisible. You can still interact with it just really annoying to try find the right spot, if you move around the area it’s usually at on the left side (right side for elder sigil) you’ll eventually get it. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I put in the 4 items, liked the mega abom that came out of the portal, got the sigil and exfilled. The next game I went in the portal wasn’t there and I can’t collect any of the four items again. I don’t knwo what to do.

I did it, was not the easiest thing to do. Excellent advice for the juggernaut suit. I set up a Sentry Turret plus had two buddies, help me and hit the juggernaut suit right when he came for a extremely short visit

I was trying to shoot the orb with the dead wire ammo mod but it never turned yellow or droped the purple camera...it worked yesterday when i did it with a team tho???also the spores in nest wont brain rot but worked yesterday not problem...anyone know why???
I have the same issue. The orb went yellow in the past when I wasn't trying to do the Easter egg and took a pot shot at one while driving by. Now I have all 3 items in my inventory (diary, collar, bottle) and it still won't turn yellow. I even bought a wall gun with no pack a punch, added deadwire, nothing. I tried with no easter egg items in my inventory and that didn't work.
I still have the diary in my inventory...when me and the team went in I brought the camera and dog collar other dude bought in pill bottle and diary so I never lost my diary...but for some reason after that little update I had on the game before playing...neither the brain rot spore for the purple pill bottle works the spore won't catch the brain rot for me to open...and I ran into 3 orbs yesterday and the dead wire didn't work on any of them... they didn't turn yellow but I still tried to destroy em just in case and no purple camera out of any...hopefully it's back working when I play later...
@FAN3LL1 I think I figured out the problem... once you've unlocked the portal...you don't need to get the parts anymore...and that's why it's not working... I read that online...ima test it out later...

I have the diary, collar, and pill bottle.. but I do have the 3 schematics already from running t5 with random groups. Once the four items are placed, and you place the sigil, is this portal permanently open for me then? And does it work the same for the sigils? Like, if I put a regular sigil in, it's tier four right? And elder is tier 5? but ... if I put in the tier 5 sigil, is the tier 5 permanently open to me?

I have tried so many times after season 2 reloaded to do this Easter egg to open this old rift to the Dark Aether but doesn't seem to work what so ever. I have redone Badsignal 3 times now and solo and 3 times I have gotten the golden journal and then I try to go do obtain the dog collar, the security camera and pills but it doesn't seem to work. Once you unlock the portal you don’t have to go in. You will now get “sigils” from tier 3 contracts, then can use those sigils to go in the portal to tier 4. In tier 4 you can earn “elder sigils” which will allow you to use the back of the portal to go to tier 5 and get the garunteed classified schematics
I had all 4 parts and I was going to open the dark aether and my game crashed. Lost everything, so I went to get the pills and still and nothing worked so I assume it’s a 1 time deal

After the first time when you place the four items on the totems, do you have to go around and collect those again to be able to return to the aether portal? or once it’s opened all you need is a sigil/elder sigil
@@OneAverageDan you go in with 3 friends. Place the items on the pedistals. Then you all will get a signal reward? After the three of you have used up the sigils, do you have to get the items again? Assuming this is why the tombstone thing is a game changer

You can do it all in tier 1. Except fighting the bosses. There's a t1 t2 and t3 boss, so make sure you're set up to fight a t3 boss with multiple hvt friends.
Ok, I'm not even joking. I was trying to get the collar, camera, and pill bottle for 12 hours straight with no success. I did everything exactly how you did it in the video and I didn’t get the brain rot cyst, the collar, or the dead wire orb to work
THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IM EXPERIENCING!!!!! I've got the diary but nothing else is working. Nothing reported on reddit or bug posts or anything. I've wasted so much time doing the same thing over and over to no success
1st, if the orb doesn't change color to yellow when you hit it with dead wire or cyst doesn't change to greenish when shot once with brain rot ammo mod, stop trying, it won't work. 2nd, do you have the act 4 mission completed and activated in your menu? If not, then go ahead and try that. I noticed when I was trying that when the gas is expanding, the steps won't work. Also, the 1st time I tried the bounty for the camera, I got the whisp to spawn the purple contract, but I wasn't geared up. I waited 20 minutes and the contract was still there, but the bounty I got was a tier 2 mangler instead of a disciple. No golden camera, had to try again.
I've got all the items but not finished act 3 I want to use them but I'm having trouble finding and keeping items to actually make me hopefully strong enough to actually finish this plus I never seem to find people who are willing or want to do this with me
U do not have to kill the mega that spawns out of DA portal when u unlock it to have portal permanently unlocked!!? As soon as u place all 4 gold items on pedestals and it says DA rift unlocked then it's permanently unlocked!! U only need to kill the mega to get a sigil,but if u don't kill the mega the portal will still be permanently unlocked for u!? The boss that comes out is only there for u to be able to get a sigil, whether u kill him or not tho it doesn't effect portal being permanently unlocked!? I figured that out when unlocking 3rd DA that has disciple come out of portal that then spawns megas!!? I was fighting them but somehow it glitched and boss kinda disappeared!? There was icon on map for him but he was nowhere to be found and storm was coming so I just left and next game portal was still unlocked!? So it's not necessary to kill the bosses that spawn outta the DA portals when u unlock them!? Once u place all 4 gold items and it says DA permanently unlocked then it's unlocked!? They just have bosses spawn outta it as a way for u to be able to get a guaranteed sigil to use rift right away if u want!?

how do you akimbo guns i got the cyber cat pack w the akimbo smg but when i go in zombies the bonus mod dont work
The cyber cat pack is glitched inside of zombies and only comes in as one. My friend had the same issue

When my friends and I played, i put in 3 of them. It seemed to last the whole fight. My buddy had an extra 2 if needed.

You can put them in your stash if you tombstone glitch out. But if you try to bring it back in from your stash it will disappear

Did you have the locked journal in your inventory while doing it? My guess is you have to have that in your inventory

Are you using act 1 exfil and exiting out of the game? Or the act 4 portal? If your using a normal exfil the glitch will not work sometimes

I escaped to the dark aether during the abomination boss fight. I killed the worm and exfiled, now I can’t get the other items
You probably need to run act 4 mission again and kill the worm to get another diary to start it all over.
