I have a form rheumatism thats essentially a pain-syndrome (hard to explain), and watching you do those hand movements is so impressive, I would be dying already.
That being said, it really is better for you not to overdo it, if it starts feeling difficult or even painful, please listen to your body! Take breaks, those warning signs exist for a reason
