Michigan State signee Jeremy Fears teaming up with younger brother Jeremiah Fears and his hometown Joliet West squad to face nationally-ranked trio of Morez Johnson (Illinois), James Brown and Nojus Indrusaitis and Chicago St Rita in front of soldout crowd at 2022 Kevin Brown Memorial TOC in Washington Illinois near Peoria. Most of the Illinois Fighting Illini players and coaching staff including Brad Underwood and Tim Anderson (plus Dain Dainja, Coleman Hawkins, Ty Rodgers and others) sat courtside for this huge early season Illinois high school basketball matchup.
Joliet West was down 14 in the 4th quarter but the game went down to the final minute. Check out the full highlights! Crazy Finish to this epic game! Lots of free throws unfortunately.
