The material that the farmers market sign was on reminded me of the old pull down maps we had in school when I was a kid guess that dates my age lol🤣

That is a wonderful thick, chunky cutting board. Of course the bench with the charming curves was my fav make over. I was in Southern France last week. There was a big 'brocante' ( antique, vintage sale). Oh boy...I could hear you commenting on so many pieces...and turning them into beauties. You do influence your viewers to look at things in new ways.

Im gonna watch Chris more closely. Again, whipping through the rewiring, he whisked through taking the wire cover off the cord and i learned how to do that without fighting the wiring. Man, im getting an education on the right way to use things! Thanks!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊

On those hooks, I would live in a bathroom. Use one to hang my robe and the other three in another place for towels or IKEA wash cloths with the hooks. Those are sharp.

When I first saw the title for this video, I had to laugh😃 I live in West Central Texas & most directions it takes almost a day just to get out of the state 🤣 Oh my, where to start-I love everything!! I used to collect turtle figurines & I had one almost just like the one you found. You really got some great deals on some great finds!

I couldn’t comment on Alex’s channel but I subscribed. I think a good name would be “Catch and Release” by Alex. Since he finds collectibles and releases them to the collectors! Or perhaps “Seek and Find” by Alex. I love the turtle paperweight!

If you can find a Derby glass from every year you’ve got a very high dollar collection. Derby Festival is a huge deal here in the Bluegrass. Several weeks of partying beginning with Thunder Over Louisville, the largest fireworks display and air show. Then the Great Steamboat Race on the Ohio River between the Belle of Louisville and the Cincinnati Belle. The rivalry includes some cheating on both sides which is expected and part of the fun. Derby parties and the big race…. Bourbon mint juleps, beautiful hats, fast horses and the chance to win big. Love My Old Kentucky Home 💙

Hi from Arizona. that pottery cowboy piece is probably for artists paint brushes or tools. Elmer's school glue is cheaper at Walmart than the dollar tree glue.

Loved how you dry brushed the palette wood inside the frame. Tied the whole look together beautifully. The small cabinet and bench turned out fabulous, too! Oh, and the hooks, too...loved them!! Always impressive!

I am in Derbyshire in the UK. I love your channel. I wish you used more colour but understand why you do what you do. It's pointless upcycling items in colours which will not sell. Also love your hair, it's fabulous. I have also subscribed to Alex's channel and wish him every success. He has s good eye for items.

Hello Yvonne I just loved that stool you did a beautiful job if I lived in your town I would want to buy that from you. I went over to Alex's channel and subscribed. A nice name for Alex's channel could be "Alex's Adventurous Assortment Antiques". Sounds nice for someone his age and fits with what he has going on with his channel, since he kind of goes here and there on adventures and has quite of assortment to choose from. Cant wait to see what he comes up with. Thanks for sharing another wonderful video. Enjoy your content.

I watch the Kentucky Derby if I happen to see it on TV but don’t make any special effort. I have my own horses so I’d rather ride. Love lots of you finds. I wish we had a lot of yard sales but it’s to rural here, I guess but I did go to one this weekend & this lady had had a booth & had a lot of nice things but she had marked them from 10-25% of what they had been in her booth. Got some nice antiquey things.
Oh.. that awesome.. we are pretty rural too. So we have to drive quite a bit to find sales

I made that exact afghan for my sister and brother in law many, many, many years ago. I said I would never make it again and I haven't. But still have the pattern ( just in case I change my mind😁) and.....my sister still uses it. 😉 she better not sell it at a garage sale. 😏
