Sir mera 1 question Ghar ko lekar, Apne kaha ki jis ghar me ap rah rhe ho, wo asset nhi liability hai, but mera doubt ye hai, mai abhi rent pr rah rha hu aur uska har mahine rent dena padta hai, per agar mera khudh ka ghar hoga to wo mere har mahine ka rent bachayega aur time ke shath us ghar ka apreciation bhi hoga, aur bache hue rent ko mai mutual funds ya equity me invest kr k aur wealth bhi create kr skta hu. Please sir clear this doubt. ha house ka maintenance cost bhi hota hai per wo hata bhi le to rent me se kafi paisa to bachega hi. Thank you in advance.
Pls note ..As per most western financial experts, buying a home is not an asset because most of them only buy flats and they are not the owner of that piece of land and in addition to that they have to pay maintenance fee, security fee, lift fee gym fee swimming pool fee and many other types of charges and our Indian financial experts give that same advice. But this is not the case in india, because we Indians buy homes and we are the owners of that piece of land and the price of land always appreciates with time.
