Looking better already, soon won't be able to recognize the place! BWT, does the building have a decent security/fire alarm system and sprinklers? Needed if you're storing valuable motors in the place.
Hey Richard, did you think about getting an architect to give you any guidance? It may help and give you one ideas to really lift it。 For example you could put the cars on ‘shelves’ above the SIM racers - a bit like the post Clarkson Top Gear studio. It also makes the cars difficult to steal

Hi Julian, I have done lots of property’s, also I do not even use lawyers for anything 🤣 My PA was a set designer so she is running that side for me 👍
