TradingView Footprint Indicator Full Guide: ruclips.net/video/zDKtFTM8Wbs/видео.html 00:00 - How the Footprint Charts work on TradingView 04:45 - Trade Idea Walkthrough on ES (SP500)
I truly and extremely appreciate the time and effort you spend on explaining us the hat-tricks of the complexed and ungrateful markets. Keep on doing great work. How about some VWAP, divergence EMA strategies ?
Thank you ,just wondering if I would have a subscription to CME data feed throu tradingview, how would this footprint chart looks different from what you have show or what differencies I would see? Recently I went from FX swing trading to Futures intraday/day trading not gonna llie it is hard as F.Sorry En not first language.
It would be the same. I've tried it with CME data through funding company data feeds. The issue is TradingView has not implemented full historical tick data into their platform. But they have a system to calculate it which as I mentioned does provide reliable data for the newest charts.
I made a comparison video recently. On the lower timeframes if you're looking at the current session it is accurate to operate with. The numbers are not equal to say what I see in Sierra Chart with Denali data feed, but it does have the same high volume areas which the main thing I look for.

I am watching this video for the second time. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge ❤
Thank you. Learning this is my next learning curve to add to my arsenal
Great info, Thx! What Volume profile indicator on the right side of your chart are you using?
Anchored VP drawing tool
Very helpful video but I think you need to make more of these 👍🏻
what's the name of the footprint indicator ? if you don't mind
It’s called volume footprint. Under chart types in the top menus. But you do need a premium package at least.

Why didn’t you talk about VAL and VAH only spoke about HVA and LVNs..
I use them but depends where price is. Lvns for me are the main entries.
If using the 1 minute TF, is there limitations data ? I tried to look 3 days ago data but the bid or ask somehow is showing 0 value
Yeah on very low timeframes you are better off just looking at the current days data as it loses its accuracy.
Thank you
👍
Just to clarify, the TV footprint does not have to be connected to CME data feed. Is that correct?
You would just have delayed data. If looking at a CME product with no live data activated.
