iam a Christian and been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for several years now,early this month i contracted covid,i have no choice but to stay in isolation, and i thank God for the sickness because i thought me to beg for mercy to spare my family from getting it too,it was also a perfect timing that ccfs topics are about depression and anxiety, i have all the time to listen, all the messages speaks to me and realize a lot of things.I thank God for all of this.

I have been battling anxiety and depression for months, got diagnosed of a mental disorder by a psychiatrist. I feel helpless...hopeless. I always think the worst case scenario that could happen to me. I think of the world as cruel. I pray to God that He comes to me as I draw near Him. I've been seeking his presence for months. I am thankful for my mom and my relatives who introduced God to me.

I was in a relationship for 5 years, I forgot about God I forgot about myself, I felt so depressed, I was toxic but finally I got out from the unpeaceful relationship ( it was my fault) the break up saved me from the pit of destruction. I now find my peace and security in Christ alone.

naalala ko din un akin situation last year...super down na down ako at gusto ko ng mamatay pero si Lord talaga ang sumalba skin tatalon nko sana sa building ng gabi madaling araw....pero si Lord...kahit kailan di niya ako iniwan...salamat sa pagmamahal mo Panginoon...dahil sayo ako ay nabubuhay....alam kong may purpose pko para sayo.....Glory and Honor to you Lord. i am depressed very depressed during the time that i started attending ccf but it helps me a lot and now everytime i feel down i go to my room & pray even cry to our Lord Jesus & after that when i go out from my room i feel light..Praise God & thank you Pastor Bong for responding to my prayer requests🙏❤️

Ako po Pastor Bong, dumarans ng matinding Panic attack at depression, punung-puno po ako ng takot dahil isa po akong kidney recipient. Na kidney transplant po ako for the 2nd time last 15 December 2021. Worried na worried po akong masira ang kidney binigay ng Diyos dahil nagka UTI po ako at yung antibiotic for treating UTI n CIPROFLOXACIN ang syang ngpapakirot at nagpapa concentrate sa ihi ko. Natatakot po ako Pastor Bong na masira ang kidney transplant ng dahil Ciprofloxacin para sa UTI. 😔😔😔
I've been suffering anxiety and depression especially when I'm alone, I hate to be alone but I've been bless to have a mother who is Christian and every time we talk, she always reminds me to pray all of my sorrows and loneliness to Papa God. Yes, my Family won't be on my side but I know Papa God is willing to listened and my best friends forever. Prayers and listening hillsong Songs make me calms and putting my minds on track. Lord 2017 last tym na naencounter po kita. LORD i want to encounter u again. Ibalik nyo po aq sa dating ako. Ang dumi dumi ko po. Ang samasama ko po. Lord plsss.. i dont know what is the first step.. .gulong gulo po ako. Patawarin nyo po ako sa kakulangan ko. Kasamaan ko. Pagiging makasarili ko. Lord lahat ng kasalanan nagawa ko na .. mapapatawad nyo pa po ba q.. Lord.. plsss. DI MABANGGIT ng bibig ko pero nalalaman nyo po ang nilalaman ng puso ko. Siyasatin nyo po ako. Plss Jesus.. i need u JESUS.
Nung minsan din po ako na-depress. I remind myself His love kaya lagi ko pinapatugtog yung "It is Your love" and "That is Why". And nung time na, gusto ko ng magdecide to take my life. I am reminded na, Wait! There is Jesus Who died for me. So there is still purpose kung bakit dapat pa mabuhay.. I praise God. I'm still Alive because of Jesus Christ.

Napakabuti ng Panginoon noh? Kasi before we love Him, He loved us first. God doesnt need us kasi Diyos siya kahit wala tayo pero tayo without God, without Him we are nothing, we are nobody but because sa mercies ng Panginoon na hindi natin masukat sukat yet here we are narestore ni Jesus ang love ng Diyos para sa atin na hindi naman karapat dapat, for all have sinned and fallen short Romans 3:23 but God gave his only and only son para satin, John 3:16 bakit sino ba tayo diba para isave diba we are nothing pero mahal tayo ng Panginoon kaya binigay niya ang kanyang bugtong na anak para umako ng kasalanan na dapat tayo ang nagdurusa. see how loving are God is, He said anak take up your cross and follow me :))
