A very delicious, delicate, crumbly and aromatic raisin cake!

Today's post is dedicated to my favorite raisin cupcake! Its crust is crispy, like a cookie.
I want to break off this muffin in small pieces, enjoying every gram!...very tasty, tender, crumbly and flavorful raisin cupcake !
I really love this recipe for its ease of preparation and simple ingredients.
Butter - 170 g
Eggs - 150 g (3 pcs.)
Sugar or powdered sugar - 170 g
Raisins - 170 g
Flour - 240 g
Salt - 2 g
Baking powder - 3 g
Vanillin - 1 drop
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling on the cupcake
cupcake.
product specifications: eggs should not be cold, butter should be soft, not cold, flour should be sifted.
Raisins rinse and dry. add 1 tbsp. flour.
Add baking powder to flour, mix
Whip softened butter with salt and fine sugar until white for 4-5 minutes.
Then add eggs one at a time. After each egg, beat the mixture for 1 minute.
When I have added all the eggs, continue to beat for another 4-5 minutes. The mixture will be fluffy, tender, creamy.
Then add flour with baking powder in 2-3 batches. Mix.
The dough will be smooth and very beautiful!
And at the very end, add raisins. Mix again.
