Through social networks, Sandeep has mentioned that there is a serious error in the decision made by the district court. The appeal of his case is pending before the High Court.
'I know that there is a serious error in the decision made by the district court, but I remained very silent. The legal experts say that you have been made guilty of a crime you did not commit, neither the facts, nor the evidence, nor any substantial squeeze of the investigation proves it', he wrote.
