      This is with ready Kozhukkattai flour which is easily available in all shops now.If you want to prepare rice flour at home - I prefer Ponni pacharisi .

    Kozhakkattai maavu prepared by this method gives a soft texture and good elasticity.
    Dough wont get driedup even if u keep it outside till night.
    Mam! U didnt mention abt SOAKING TIME AND TIPS.

      YES.U CAN STORE IN FRIDGE DEAR.
      Grind the maavu and keep it in the fridge.And then check for the consistency of the batter.
