Saw the chems last night, one thing I noticed was how barely anyone was recording & the majority were just dancing & enjoying the gig, not against people doing bits here & there but people who record the majority or the whole of a gig instead of just enjoying it are mental
Amazing song, but why would a festival put them on in the daytime. They have the best visuals and lights, i hope this was a daytime only festival or they really missed out by not putting them on late. Not trying to be negative, but chem bros at night = Bliss
unfortunately it was the longest day of the year here in western europe (21 June) so it didnt get fully dark until close to midnight, then bright again at 4am or so! It was a different experience seeing them like this, you can see Tom and Ed having fun, but you lose some of the impact of the lights and visuals but they still looked amazing. All the more reason to come and see them at an arena show!
Apart from the dude filming, the only hands in the air I can see are phone free. Proper old school fans there, enjoying dance music, dancing and the moment.
It wasn't like that for every song, it's probably because no one knew this one because the album wasn't out yet. As for me filming it, I usually don't film full songs but as I'd seen this set twice and was going to see the UK tour as well I let myself film some tracks for anyone who couldn't make it to shows! :)
