It sounds to me like 6 is bringing back features from IV and San Andreas. Socialising, gangs, character traits, ragdoll physics, advanced vehicle collision models. It's also drawing on RDR2 with things like Dead Eye for objects, store robberies, street fighting mechanics, item storage mechanics and it sounds like you might have a personal vehicle similar to your horse. I think V will end up being the franchise black sheep and a bit of an anomaly.
I am pretty sure there was a report around 2014/2015 that GTA 5 story took a big analysis due to the criticisms and that is what led to RDR 2 having a more focused and serious story where they split the satire and chessy situations to the side missions whereas the main missions were a lot more serious. So hopefully GTA 6 follows what they did to RDR 2 story tone etc.

I’m really questioning the idea that GTA 6 will change the industry. In what way would it change things? Like think about GTA 5, what changed after it released? Ignoring Online’s influence on live services, not much. It destroyed sales records, and culturally influenced a ton of things, but to this day the game hasn’t been matched in scope by other studios. The reason for this is because Rockstar remains the only studio that can get the funding and time to realize the massive scope that they need. No other publisher is confident enough to pour $500+ million, and 5+ years of dev time into a product. GTA and Red Dead are guaranteed sellers, and thus TakeTwo is confident enough to do so. The only other studios that can even come close are Naughty Dog and Nintendo, and they’ve put themselves into niches that separate them from Rockstar’s design philosophies (Zelda being the only exception). The only way for GTA 6 to change the industry, is if its success convinces more companies that there is money to be made by giving their studios the level of resources that Rockstar are given. Which let me tell you right now, if they weren’t convinced by GTA 5 or RDR2, then nothing will change with GTA 6. Especially when most companies right now are actively scared of investing money into projects due to the many large financial flops in recent years (Avengers, Anthem, Forespoken, Saints Row).
Yeh that’s a good idea, rockstar missed out on basketball on gta 5 when LA Lakers are arguably one of the most successful teams ever. They could have done some cool parody about it.
The only thing I want in GTA 6 is turn signals caution signals and more things you can do in a real car and realistic cars and realistic car damage with that I would be happy
What GTAVI really needs is a completely redesigned player movement and controls. In GTA V, your player moves sluggish and imprecise. GTAVI’s player movement needs to be a good blend of smooth and polished, and snappy and responsive
I’d like to have something like a "reputation" (like in Red Dead 2) Based on your reputation the NPCs will act differently, you’d get searched earlier by the police and if you robbed a store previously you’d get a ban so you’d have to wait a couple in game days until you can enter it again. Also it’d be nice to be able to call an ambulance/police if you see somebody in need.
I think the RDR2 system will be implemented in some capacity, leaks say that police will remember licence plates, car model, car colour, clothes colour and or clothes in general. Also with the height difference between NPCs, there is definitely going to be mention of a characters height as well. ( meaning police radio )
Honestly I have no hope for the multiplayer portion of GTA 6. My wishlist would boil down to stuff I wanna see in the singleplayer, such as actual DLC and updates

one thing noone is talking about is the movement. Its long overdue for a overhaul it needs to be better for todays standards... doin laps around the car before getting in it is frustrating!... trying to trigger a prompt for talking to someone or interacting makes interaction so unplayable at times.. A RPG system would make it so easy... I'm randomly falling off ledges taking damage for doing simple mantles is also annoying
With a ton of enterable buildings they open the opportunity to have a lot of unique missions and the ability to hide in a house so that you can't be griefed by any jets or helicopters people might be able to use. Or imagine if you had a mission where you had to clear a house with your team and take a hostage.
I would like a gym and being able to use the outdoor gym outside P.S. I also agree on the missions parts (& everything else haha). Sometimes you just want to do a mission by yourself and not play with random people online. Also there should be less shooting missions. A lot of the time I want to do a mission but I’m just like I don’t want to do a bunch of killing and shooting
I really hope they add a color mixer in-game instead of having to tune a crew color and save it, open your game, and see if you got it right. Also coloring and texturing car panels, like if you want to have a full carbon fiber car and paint it red too, or make every panel a different color if you're into that.

A bit overreaching for that crossplatform bit. Rockstar doesnt get to choose if its crossplatform, microsoft and sony do and so far from what i have seen sony hates crossplay and wants to make only playstation exclusive games. Driving physics needs to be 70% gta4 and 30% gta5.. High end sports cars need to feel stiff all other cars need to handle like they actually have weight, everyday cars are not built to be raced around corners at Mach10, your mums minivan shouldn’t be able to hit 100mph in 4 seconds have infinite downforce and handle like a toy car. In your video you are driving around the gta version of the dodge challenger… (which I had bought and drove for about 5 mins before selling it as it handles like a hotwheels car) 70s cars should have soft suspension, bounce and sway around. Gta4 got that almost perfect with the likes of the dukes the manana and the Virgo buccaneer. In gt5 the same cars feel weightless and plastic.. You’d think after spending 2billion dollars on gta6 they could at least implemented Arcady physics for low skill kids and realistic physics for people that know how to drive and use the brakes. You want Arcady you’re put into lobbies with the same physics and vice versa.

Maybe it’s my lack of long play time on GTA IV but from what I remember the cars felt pretty similar, sure not 100% the same but I guess it was cause I wasn’t used to the feel as I did with GTA V

On the other hand, if you compare the Patriot with a Big SUV they are very similar, especially the handling. So yeah, it depends on which cars you will compare. Other than that, great video. If GTA 6 map is bigger and damage to buildings, thinking that it will only work on X-box S or X, and PS 5. Hoping for being able to buy almost any house or apartment. I miss in GTA 3 if you flip a car upside-down and it would catch on fire. Different body types would be nice also. BUT, Rock Star logic New missions will pay 20 bucks and a Ford pinto will be 100 mil. and run out of gas in 5 min.
I want more active businesses. For example, I want there to be an option to personally plant weed plants and then add different fertilizer’s and vitamins for the product to grow faster and be more expensive. Also expanding business’s so you could run multiple weed farms instead of buying 1 of every business
Yeah I totally agree, I think you should be allowed to really dig deep into businesses that you own and be able to change even the smallest of details to make a larger impact.
You know what would be a great addition to gta 6? Events in stadiums every now and then that you can attend with the weapon wheel locked, it could be fame or shows, sporting events etc I can just imagine packed out stadiums that’d be sick.
Hell yeah, far more immersive experiences like that should be part of 6, like mentioned with the shopping mall, it could be packed with NPCs and have unique features within the mall. Whether you can be normal and shop or reek havoc, stuff like that. I think it would give more incentive to go visit all locations on the game of they’re intractable in some way 😎
There was someone on 4chan who claimed they were testing GTA 6. They said you wouldn't believe how big the map was and there was a huge emphasis on fast travel by air. Now I don't believe that person was a real Rockstar game tester, but what they described sounded like absolute shit and a total turnoff. RDR2 you had to _unlock_ the fast travel and it was a chore getting to that point.
I always found it odd that in all these years with all these dlc’s that have been released in gta v online that rockstar never completed any of the buildings that were under construction.
Yeh I thought it was odd too, I heard that gta 6 could have a feature a bit like RDR2 where some locations change over time through the story. Something liek that could and probably should come back for 6. Especially if the building are able to become damaged and worn down by players
The only thing here I disagree with is making it so you can put huge engines from like a Bugatti into a mini car. That’s just unrealistic and is not how cars work at all

never played Grand Theft Auto game but Yeah, there are many Japanese-Speaking People who deliberately choose the original English Dub over the Japanese one Since it's more authentic and simply better. the same applies to cartoon, even means that the male protagonist mix his nationality to cuban, and the female character changes his nationality to Mexican, the best way is Rockstar Games valid to use the Japanese Dub and stop transnational or the variation of voice dialogue NPCs about GTA VI
I don’t care if the game takes 2 years to load, I want all interiors to be enterable and different from one another. The ability to break into people’s houses, not knowing what you’ll be met with should be in the game.

Cars in GTA IV don't all feel the same
Maybe it’s my lack of long play time on GTA IV but from what I remember the cars felt pretty similar, sure not 100% the same but I guess it was cause I wasn’t used to the feel as I did with GTA V
@@mercontheeagle It depends. I play GTA IV and I have a Sultan RS. I also have the Patriot (Hummer H3). If you compare them you will see the difference in speed and handling. On the other hand, if you compare the Patriot with a Big SUV they are very similar, especially the handling. So yeah, it depends on which cars you will compare. Other than that, great video. I like your choices. 👍

2 things I want, nah 3:
-Bigger/More in depth map
-Countless of improved tiny details
-Gym (wanna see the veins and muscles contracting when working out, idk would be cool)

If GTA 6 map is bigger and damage to buildings, thinking that it will only work on X-box S or X, and PS 5. Hoping for being able to buy almost any house or apartment. I miss in GTA 3 if you flip a car upside-down and it would catch on fire. Different body types would be nice also. BUT, Rock Star logic New missions will pay 20 bucks and a Ford pinto will be 100 mil. and run out of gas in 5 min.
I want more active businesses. For example, I want there to be an option to personally plant weed plants and then add different fertilizer’s and vitamins for the product to grow faster and be more expensive. Also expanding business’s so you could run multiple weed farms instead of buying 1 of every business
Yeah I totally agree, I think you should be allowed to really dig deep into businesses that you own and be able to change even the smallest of details to make a larger impact.
You know what would be a great addition to gta 6? Events in stadiums every now and then that you can attend with the weapon wheel locked, it could be fame or shows, sporting events etc I can just imagine packed out stadiums that’d be sick.
Hell yeah, far more immersive experiences like that should be part of 6, like mentioned with the shopping mall, it could be packed with NPCs and have unique features within the mall. Whether you can be normal and shop or reek havoc, stuff like that. I think it would give more incentive to go visit all locations on the game of they’re intractable in some way 😎
Bigger map may be a horrible idea:
Example: New business, at bottom of map, in city
Situation: Sell mission: Drive slow vehicle all across massive map
There was someone on 4chan who claimed they were testing GTA 6. They said you wouldn't believe how big the map was and there was a huge emphasis on fast travel by air.
Now I don't believe that person was a real Rockstar game tester, but what they described sounded like absolute shit and a total turnoff. RDR2 you had to _unlock_ the fast travel and it was a chore getting to that point.
I always found it odd that in all these years with all these dlc’s that have been released in gta v online that rockstar never completed any of the buildings that were under construction.
Yeh I thought it was odd too, I heard that gta 6 could have a feature a bit like RDR2 where some locations change over time through the story. Something liek that could and probably should come back for 6. Especially if the building are able to become damaged and worn down by players
The only thing here I disagree with is making it so you can put huge engines from like a Bugatti into a mini car. That’s just unrealistic and is not how cars work at all

Well I guess you are right, I just wanted to maybe expand on or explain certain ideas in my own way that isn’t too difficult to grasp. But I believe I was going to make a part 2 but I didn’t write anything for it yet so I didn’t put it out, but it would have been more in the style of the ‘extra’ section. Just need to get on with the work 😎

a huge map with many open interiors will take alot of space tho, it isnt as easy as you might think it is.
I know it isn’t particularly easy, but part of the new console generation is to have more option within the game worlds, more accessibility and stuff like that.
