I took the challenge of waking up early at 5:30 after watching your video and while I am writing this I completed my 15 days. I am not only waking up early but also going for an outdoor walk for 25-30 minutes and listening to audiobooks. I completed 3 books so far and many more to go. Although, I am not much productive yet throughout my day. So I will take another challenge like this video and will let you know.

Hey Pramila,it's really good that u r trying to stay productive it's really really good but I just want to say that in this video I can totally relate to u because since I am a student and in 9 th my whole day goes in study and school related work online class etc and more more more so sometimes even I get tired without any physical activity and I never sleep during day now even I sleep sometimes .Now let me come to my point that what I wanted to say" that it's okay to slow down a bit it's okay if we are sometimes slow down by doing productive things and take a break" .
