Paliouri Beach, Halkidiki, Greece

Paliouri beach is one of the most famous beaches in Kassandra, hidden in a small bay.
It is an organized, dreamy and smooth sandy beach with shallow water which makes it an ideal choice for families with small kids.
On this beach, all kinds of water sports facilities are available to the visitors.
Unlike many sandy beaches in Halkidiki and Kassandra where there's sand on the beach but grit and pebbles in the water, here it is sand all the way - excellent for kids to play in the water! Plenty of parking space along the beach, with each of several beach bars providing lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are also family areas where you can put up your own umbrella.

Very nice flight! So, at Palliouri (and Koursaros Beach Bar) you can find the best beach for kids, with crystal clear sea! Just a heavenly place on earth!

Yes, this was the kids favourite; fine sand on the beach and also in the water, but....very crowdy even during the week. You can't have them all, right?
