Warrior loaner deck "Odyn's Aegis" is fantastic. So many different ways to play it with the riffs, weapons, armor turned to attack power with Odyn legendary and to get rid of enemy minions. Casual player here (rank silver) playing it my leisure, but I have not lost a game, yet!
I got out of apprentice ranks a couple days ago, so I still have the old decks offered. Do yall know if they update to these new decks or do I still chose one of the older ones to keep?
In case no one get answered, if one of them is Pure Paladin, idk if they changed since last time I saw them, that's still probably the pick, if you're trying to climb...

But when playing the deck it like a slow token deck with no way of refilling the board, A control lite deck with only Tomb traitor as your only aoe and finally a half baked plagues that does nothing. Even control warrior and autobot priest beats you in the early game and end game. Now Warlock. Amorphous slime and shallow grave to get 2 thaddiuses. Forge of wills and a huge minion can win you the game turn 6. Loads of removal. Sargeras and simphony of sins as a way to win into fatigue. As an aggro player i love playing cards and hitting face. Well huge warlock lets you play big stuff. I oove slaming big card after big card. Hitting face for 16 damage. Having 4 huge minions on board. So yeah play this deck.

I swear lately....I've been on shaman the adaptability just gives me a rush of pure adrenaline pleasure even in the most heated matches. I know druid is all about adaptability but shaman is kinda of all of that too, they cast magic of all elements at their disposal, capable of bringing down even the most powerful of decks (even with enhancements) with the proper HAND and the proper CARDS in a DECK. With that being said with the right cards there are literally unlimited possibilities of how you could manipulate any match to your favor. But that's just how I view the shaman class .
Still debating between DK and the Warrior deck. I don't really play either class so i want to choose an option that can be valuable in terms of dust in the future as well.
If you choose DK, you must craft some cards including legendaries for it to work. Warrior can be played without any adjustments, although there’s a new better variant of it - XL odyn warrior. Also, people say that Thaddius (legendary from warlock loaner deck) is gonna be nerfed soon because it’s too overpowered and people cry how they hate him. If they nerf it, you can disenchant it for full price and get 1600 dust, if you choose warlocks deck

I think it is worth it, just getting the dust from the Yogg nerf is enough value for your 2000 gold, but at the same time, the next expansion is really close and getting 20 packs from it might be better overall than the miniset, look the cards on the miniset and see how many of them you need and make a smart choice from there, keep in mind that getting the dust from Yogg will garantee you getting a legendary from Badlands, which you might not get in the 20 packs you can buy, and if you do is random and not one of your choice(so i guess it is worth getting the mini set right now and dusting Yogg, to get a Badlands legendary later)
I’ve mainly been a hunter player with a bit of rogue but for the next season I can’t decide between a warlock or plague deck. Any advice on which you see being better for badlands?
Plagues are literally the most boring deck out there its all down to draw order and you have practically 0 agency id literally rather play anything else
I'd probably play it safe and wait until the 14th if possible, you don't really lose out on much, there'd be some value in grabbing a handful of easy levels on the Titans rewards track, but they're adding some extra Catch-up packs to the new/returning player Quests, I believe that's also on the 14th, so you should be able to catch that if you wait too.

Sorry whats the point of tyr in the paladin deck if there are no 3 or 4 attack minions? Am i dumb? Im trying to get to legend with wizbang on wild and every time i get this deck i get absolutely rolled i get tyr on curve and he only resurrects one minion... and there is no point in saving him because he cant even have potential for more rezzes... thats just bad from the devs that made that free deck im sorry
how do you get these decks im a new player just got my 5 returning packs and i think was given free demon hunter cards and death knight card since they are new classes but nothing for a whole new deck? if anybody can lead me down the right path to get one before i miss out please let me know
you can create a new account just for this purpose also perhaps pick up some free decks and packs etc. add yourself as a friend and it tells you how long since the last time you played. im currently @ two months ill wait till it says 3 months and wait a few days before logging in to be sure.
Press the ‘hearthstone’ tab, there will be an arrow to the left of the decks, press it and there will be the loaner decks. You can play any of them for a week and then after that week you must claim a deck of your choice
I honestly have a second account that i allow gather and collect all these free cards so that if my wife or kids can play for free. I haven't spent a dime on it and it has collected a good amount of cards from not logging in for months and getting these cards.
I do a similar thing on my main account in a different region, it started with just making sure I had as much resources as possible for Mercenaries, but that fell through, so it's just there to log in once or so every expansion to look at big numbers. Those catch-up packs should be really nice too, if you're like me and don't actually buy a ton on the account.
@@Benjy52 A long time for sure, but it's not exactly hard to do, you can also play on it a bit and catch easy early levels on the various reward tracks, and grab up other benefits like the ol' 'first Legendary in 10 packs' for each set.
Hearthstone needs to: Revamp their ranked format and make it more cometative and incentives players to have specific ranks. - Add in-game text chat with opponents - Add 2k 3k 4k 5k class win awards, add 5 year coin, 10 year coin - add in game accessories like pets, or special play boards that your opponent gets to play on with you, but only when in game with you..

Plagues is not so good right now.
I'd say Warlock, 'draw Slime and win' is still relatively tough to beat. Plague DK is fun though, if you like a reasonable tempo deck.
Both two decks are very highrolly, but thaddius lock is better and personally more fancy

It’s go wild and it depends if you enjoy playing other game modes , you only need 1 copy for duels, full deck for wild etc
