    📋 Ingredients for 🍰 EXTRA SPONGY GLUTEN-FREE CAKE for Celiacs, gluten-free cake:
    200 grams of gluten-free all-purpose flour (you can use a mixture of rice flour, almond flour and cornstarch).
    150 grams of sugar.
    50 milliliters of sunflower oil or mild olive oil.
    4 eggs.
    50 milliliters of milk (can be lactose-free milk or almond milk).
    1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.
    1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder.
    A pinch of salt.
    Lemon zest.
    🔪 Step by Step Instructions for 🍰 EXTRA SPONGY GLUTEN-FREE CAKE for Celiacs:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan. Place baking paper on the bottom of the mold.
    2. Mix the gluten-free flour with the baking powder in a container. Reserve.
    3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Booking.
    4. In a bowl, beat the egg whites at medium speed with a pinch of salt. When they are half whipped, add half of the sugar, and beat at medium-high temperature to finish whipping the egg whites. Cover them with a cloth and reserve.
    5. In another container, add the yolks, the other half of the sugar, the vanilla essence and the lemon zest and beat at medium speed until you obtain a creamy, white mixture.
    6. Next add the flour mixture with the yeast little by little and sifting with a strainer. Mix the dough well with a spatula and circular movements.
    7. Finally, once the ingredients are well incorporated, we add the reserved whipped egg whites in 3 stages and continue until mixing well with the spatula and the surrounding movements, very slowly since our dough will take in the air from our whipped egg whites and that will give it the extra fluffiness.
    8. Pour the batter into the prepared bread and smooth the surface. Preferably high mold because the cake grows a lot.
    Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, unmold the cake and let it cool completely.

    Que clase de harina es? Por qué si es para celíacos, llevará otra clase de harina no?

      Hola, es harina sin gluten, la puedes comprar en cualquier supermercado. Pero también la puedes hacer, con harina de arroz y maicena. Gracias x seguirnos un saludo

      Buenos noches. Gracias por su comentario. La harina que he colocado es harina sin gluten que especial para celiacos , la puede encontrar en los supermercados porque hoy en día hay mucha gente que no puede tomar gluten entonces es casi habitual encontrarla. Pero si aun así no la encuentra puede hacerla como explico en la descripción de este video. ( Harina de arroz y maicena).

    Buenos días, para hacer la harina de todo uso, en la receta no dice, cuantos gramis son de harina de almendras? Cuantos gramos son de harina de arroz? Y no dice tampoco cuantos gramos son de almidon de maiz??? Por favor puede explicar,decir cuantos gramos son de cada harina para hacer la mezcla de harina de todo uso???? Gracias.

      Hola muchas gracias por su comentario y por seguirme en mi canal. Las cantidades para hacer la harina de todo uso sin gluten son:
      -100 gramos de harina de arroz
      -100 gramos de maicena -1 cucharadita y media de polvo de hornear o levadura química.
      Espero que te salga bien, la verdad es que sale un bizcocho espectacular que lo disfrutes!!!

      Muchas gracias x la respuesta, cuantos gramos son de harina de almendras?? Para hacer la harina de todo uso?? Sólo diste la medida de almidón de maíz y de harina de arroz, gracias.

      Buenas noches perdoname he vuelto a revisar los ingredientes y hay una errata en la descripción del video. NO necesitas harina de almendras solo la de arroz, la maicena y la levadura. Ya lo he corregido.
