I tried to do the same route 7 years ago for charity, unfortunately suffered a heart attack on the second day, was rushed to Carlisle infirmary, made a full recovery, though I didn't finish the ride, everyone who sponsored me still pay for our local hospice raised just under £800, but still feel the need to finish it,
@@russrides1053 talked about it several times, the guys I did it with will do the full ride and I'd finish the last bit, my wife and kids tell me it's not a good idea, really in joyed the video, brought back good memories and bad,
