      It doesn't make sense to think that Fury somehow wanted to spare Chisora, since in the end, the damage he caused him over 10 round will have more severe consequences on Chisora's health than an early knockout ever would.

      @@sventibaldo not about going easy on chisora. it's about trying to prove that the fight was not a sham to give his mate a pay day. a missmatch that should never have been repeated. by making it go longer he can try to use that as evidence to deny that. that is unless someone watches the fight and they can see that fury could have ended it at any point if he wanted.

    No matter what happened during this fight, Chisora walked away with at least 3.8 million and Fury with a minimum of 25 million. It's safe to say the money they earned after paying everyone involved, they are both somewhat satisfied with themselves. Chisora got his last stand performance and money during the late stage of his career while Fury gets to keep his belt along with a hell of an earning

    Chisora has closed the book on his career fighting with the heart of a warrior. No shame in being dominated by one of the greatest of all time. In fact, I am not sure which other great could have dominated such a plucky fighter as Chisora like this. Usyk certainly didn't!

    Tyson definitely stepped of the gas in the second when he was battering Chisora. He stepped back and stopped an impending knock out. It would of been more kind of him to put him down then instead of battering him for ten rounds.

      It looks as if Fury has an open guard welcoming any punches, still he's so slippery and constantly moving is upper body and his head. It's amazing that he doesn't get hit by any serious punches. Only Wilder can hit him seriously.

    Chisora took Usyk to the wire, Fury toyed with him and didn’t go above 80% of what he is capable of.
    Usyk is a top bloke, but I can’t see him dealing with Fury.

    Yes this fight was a mismatch but the logic for this fight happening was fair. Fury needed a run out because Usyk didn’t want the fight before 2023 and Derek was legitimately the highest ranked heavyweight available. I don’t understand why people are and were so angry about that?

      @@presmokan I understand that obviously it's better to stop the match and save the man from brain damage but in a way its removing the reason boxing has been renowned as a fierce sport that only the bravest attempted.
      Removing the risk removes the fear factor.
      Would someone jumping out of a plane parachuting get adrenaline the buzz they are after if they had an automatic deployment of a parachute at 8.000ft no because they wouldn't be afraid of the ultimate price.
      It's also the reason people like tyson fury himself make so much money aswell, because the sport is dangerous the prize is prestigious.

He could have blitzed him & taken him out at any moment, but chose to treat it more like a spar, fighting properly yet not punishing him more than necessary. He brought the fire out of Derick for sure, who wasn’t going down without a fight at all.

    Well, what a waste of time this was. I really feel for Chisora, he deserved better than this, he should never have been offered or taken the fight. Tyson Fury Will forever be answering questions about the logic behind this fight. He got criticised before and defended himself poorly. Turns out all the critics were absolutely right with what their criticism.
