Slight caveat to my internal monologue when going through this. Flat attack and flat hp are good for one character that I know of, Autumn. You're looking for flat attack with Rage regeneration and Attack speed substats. Flat defense is always a hard sell. Furthermore, HP% with DPS substats are good for Artifact raid. Your DPS need about 40k hp to survive Salizar's ult.
Love video. The biggest problem I have now is I don't have enough of good DPS sets and I have to switch it between Guild Boss / Arena / Faction Trial and Gear Raids etc. as different heroes are better in different content and I want to sqeeze whatever I can from them. I don't know if everyone is going trough it or is it only me that is doing something wrong.
That’s the smart thing to do you playing the game right swapping your best gear to different champs is the best thing u can do to push further until u get better gear
Thanks for sharing! This video made me realize i can build Azhor as a Def scaling bruiser and collect crit/crit dmg on my Def % gear. I'm a big fan of his and think he's highly underrated and misunderstood!
@lekaimo2298 as a pure tank he worked for me in GR2-19. Can toss him in for GR1 if using Lightlocke strat. But as a pure tank there are others with more of a survival kit. I think there's potential for a niche for him elsewhere though I haven't explored it yet due to not having the gear I mentioned above.
I'd like the devs to let us add tags to gear so I know which type of hero I am keeping it for. DPS, DPS with no speed, defender, hp healer, att healer, Dolores, etc
A gear cleansing Guide would be awesome to have like a fix set of rules that u can apply to when looking for gear, cause for me it usually takes me eterneties to cleans my inventory

Oh man that takes WAAAAAAAY TOO LONG! I go into main gear screen, mark bangle-amulet-bracelet and search for all the flat stats and sell them all together there. After I do that I go and check the remaining gear one by one since it still shows the “new” on them so I know which to look at. Saves a lot more time you waste going thru one by one from the rewards screen
I'm surprised that you sold the third one. No crit rate, but bonus att main, 2+ good DPS secondaries (flat attack being worth a little bit). Could go on someone with auto crits like Wrath?

the worse gear you keep the worse your overall gear bag is on average. After you get to 19s you shouldn't be keeping weird set/stat combinations (imo) the IR set bonus and Soulbound Arcana are so good they might be a slight exception until you get better.
Gear system is the main issue of this game and it is very frustrating. This video clearly demostrated that you get like 4-5 decent items per 100 runs aka 2200 stamina. Then you start rolling and you will be lucky if you keep at least one item. This random stats /substats/rolls is extremely frustrating aspect of this game.
You really want 90-100% cr, having a piece with none is really tough and if you have gold issues earlier it's not worth wasting resources on very sub-optimal gear. Maybe worth it if the atk/cdmg is on the +4 I guess, then you could use it with a CR bangle if stil early. But a Bangle without CR is completely useless imo
I was on the roll first 4 levels to see the stats and if it wasn't good I'd sell. Yesterday I rolled a 2 bar then cause crit was next stat I just said fuck it and got a 28.5% crit roll and the atk% at 16 rolled 22% sadly other stats were defense rolls but main stat is atk% still selling off first roll isn't always the go to the theory of wont roll good if first roll is bad is dead to me now
Yup I don't buy into it personally, my reason for rolling 4 to 8 is for pieces that I'm on the fence about keeping anyway. But for important sub-stats so long as it's not on 16 I'll give it a chance. But it's too expensive to roll to 16 just in-case for 1 sub if the rest aren't good as well

Ahah sorry bud - I would suggest not 16ing too many pieces though! Just enough to kit out your core heroes and then be a lot pickier, otherwise you'll be bankrupt in no time

I swear, on my Rares only account, all the mythics that drop at Stage 13 have +Def or +Def Bonus main stat on 85% of the drops.

Abomination scales off of HP, sort of, he has so much (more than any other hero, including defenders) that The Glacier set can be BIS for him.
There is a tank that does damage based on HP, but he's an Epic, Ardeth. However it's only from his ultimate.
Im on early mid game and I'm not picky at this moment all I want is a good main stat like atk,def or hp bonus and some decent subs.

Wrath only crits every 4th or 5th hit, he really needs crit rate - I wouldn't keep any DPS pieces without CR on them

ive been running GR3-18 for probably 500 times already and never dropped one of those sparky red gear. is it a bug or is the drop just that bad?
I haven’t gotten one either man. Probably done about the same or more than u too.
I did 300+ runs on GR3-19 twice, got 6-7 ancient gears the first time and 0 in the subsequent run.

Is it advisable for a f2p to grind gold with the limited energy they’ve got?
If possible wait for a day to grind when you can purchase the 100% gold increase in the in guild shop.
