I gotta admit.... I am so mad at these. 😂😂😂 after I spent six years growing my sisterlocks out they come out with these.
but they look beautiful. you'd look great with sisterlocks. atleast ppl can try it out before they commit.
I can imagine being annoyed . Locs are a sacred journey...and I appreciate REAL locs over these crochet inventions any day of the week.

Better to have your natural hair be long then have fake hair. Sisterlocs and locs are amazing but these faux locs coming out are just ridiculous. I don't get why we as black people are so stuck on wearing FAKE hair. Im not going to judge because maybe she is considering getting locs and just decided to try these out to see how it will look on her but we really need to stop with the fake this and fake that. I think locs would look stunning on her. Please consider getting locs! You would be saving alot of money and time. Stop putting your money into Asian people's pocket. Most Asians own beauty supply stores and laughing all the way to the bank at black women's obsession with fake hair. Most men don't like woman that wear fake hair too. Who is all this fake hair for? It makes no sense. It needs to stop. Our natural hair is beautiful and thick compared to most races. It can grow long with the right care and length retention is more visable with locs.
@@user-pl5nu6vn7c I do agree with you on black women being overly obsessed with fake hair, but I also agree that at least faux locs are a nice stepping stone for people who are wondering how they will look with dreads. Now the sew-in yaki brazilian weaves look stupid definitely, because it looks nothing like black hair. Afro textured weaves and braid/loc extensions get a pass in my book because we are at least embracing our African heritage
I just love how you can pull off any hairstyle. You don't know how many of your tutorials I've done and they have cone out busted. You're simply beautiful. Keep the styles coming. Hopefully I'll get one right. lol
I know I'm nearly 2 years late, and it's mainly because i would pass this hair up in the beauty supply, thinking it looked like a mop or yarn. Now, I stumble upon THIS very video a week ago. I love it! just a tip: you said you didn't like the way the top part looks. you should try the invisible knot method. There are some tutorials for invisible knot crochet braids on RUclips.

yes girl these are everything!! ....I know u mention u didnt like the way the loops look on the braids, I think there are some tutorials here on yt of how to do an invisible crochet knot. great job and u look beautiful!

I think the locs are beautiful. I have the same hesitation as far as the gaps or space in front. I imagine it's hard to make it look full or hide the braids in front because the locs are so tiny.
try the invisible method for the front, crotchet under the braid and pull 2 of the 4 locs through to form the knot. the remaining two will hide the knot and give the appearance that its growing out of your scalp 😉☺
