This one is for Lee, Cuban coffee has less caffeine than American coffee, believe me, the LIGHTER the BEAN, the MORE Caffeine, so the dark roast of the Cuban coffee beans has less caffeine than American Coffee.
Because is dark, but think, you only drink like two ounces of it! I know that if I drink American coffee passed 2 pm, it will keep me awake but if I have a shot of Cuban coffee, no issues sleeping
Lee is highly favored among cruisers, I never cruised with Matt so I can't say what that experience is like. But comments like this can be a bit rude when someone puts so much heart and sole into making sure people have the best vacation possible.

He should be there. His vacation was in Feb. the interview was filmed back in January, it took me a while to produce.
