I’m 70 and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease about 10 years ago. Because I exercise my tremors are barely noticeable and I don’t take the anti-depressants that every doctor wants to throw at me. I am SO glad I found your RUclips Channel and wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your expertise. I can have added your dumbbell workouts to my 10,000 steps per-day goal. Love you Cee, you are my teacher. I am 54 and have been doing your 30 min workout for the past two months. I can't lift as heavy as you but am doing good. Everyone notices the tonned up body. One question: why should we repeat the same video 3 times a week, why not new one every alternate day
I've just finished the final workout in the 30min series, doing them all diligently 3x/week, in order from first to last and I've never been stronger. I've lost inches and feel amazing! I have a degree in exercise science, am a certified personal trainer, and have taught licensed fitness classes for many years. I am SO impressed with these workouts, Cheryl. Thank you for all the time and energy you've devoted to providing us a safe, effective format that we can do in our own homes. I turned 56 yesterday and the biggest gift to myself was doing this video again! I’m 43, I have a full time demanding career, a fit husband and two super active turbo charged sons who I want to keep up with; I’ve been doing your workouts 3 times a week (plus 2 cardio days a week) for about 6 months and I feel the strongest, leanest and healthiest I’ve ever felt. I found your channel about 6 months ago and I’m so glad I did! I started with your 20min workouts and did those randomly until I heard/read you say to repeat the same workout 3x a week. So that next Monday I began your 30min workouts. I started with workout #1 and today I completed workout #21!! I have been consistently working out 6 days a week for 5 months now, inspired and anchored by your workouts. Next week I’ll start your 40 minute workouts. Hi, I rarely comment on videos but I've been using your videos to work out for the last few months and figured I owed you some feedback. I really, really enjoy working out with you. The 30 minute format is perfect for me. The style and pace of the workouts are perfect. I have worked out regularly for years. I stick to a 30 minutes a day, 5 day a week plan and have managed to make that a habit (along with walking). For many years I changed things up week to week, day to day and followed some other great fitness channels. However, shortly before I turned 50 I noticed that I was losing fitness, gaining weight, feeling weaker and not able to keep up. I'm being lazy...I told myself, time to crank up the intensity. That didn't work, I gained some weight and still was losing strength and not able to complete exercises I used to have no problem with. The high impact, ultra tough combo workouts that move between cardio and weights just wasn't doing it for me anymore. I had added a few of your strength training videos to my routine and really looked forward to them. So I decided that I was going to follow Cee's advice and do the same video 3 X per week. I do some cardio on the other days and stick to Lift With Cee for my strength training. I can feel myself getting stronger and finally getting results. Thank you for your channel!

Ohhhhh my goodness, love this workout today. Thank you always for helping out the older population. At 68 I'm so much stronger because of these sessions. I've had 4 falls earlier this year nothing serious. Now I'm walking stronger and my balance has improved, I'm walking with so much strength and confidence. Gracias A.

53 yrs old, my life has changed from Cee’s workouts!! Especially helping with peri-menopause!🎉. I started about 10 months ago. Those skull crushers were a killer lol. I could barely do 5 reps with 5lb weights. Now I’m up to 12lbs, 14 reps, not to mention the endless other improvements, BODY AND MIND!! ❤🎉 always thanking you Cee, so grateful!!

I have been doing your workouts for several weeks now. It is the first time I’ve been able to stay consistent. I was constantly searching the Internet or Instagram or Facebook for workouts, and I never could find anything that would work for me. This does. Thank you so much. It is very very doable for this 62 year old lady. 😊Today I did struggle with the alternating lunges. I always have struggled with lunges, and I’m not sure why. I’m going to really work hard though and get them mastered. Thanks again.

Cheryl’s dumbbell workouts are the ONLY ones that have truly worked for me, and God knows I have tried everything,for months, in order to bring my postpartum body back!!Cardio/ walking etc was no longer cutting it. After discovering these amazing training sessions, I have finally started to see results, all over, but especially in my core which is often a most problematic area to target. I rarely leave comments or reviews unless something is as good as these workouts! :) I know there are thousands of various weight training workouts out there ,and I am sure many of them are great, but I am sticking with what works for me after long and exhaustive research. I finished this series today and want to thank you so much for these workouts! I was having so much trouble getting back into working out after a series of injuries, and I'm so glad I found you. Since I also wanted to incorporate pilates and my physio exercises, I've taken things a bit slower than you recommend and just gone one video at a time, but I'm feeling so much stronger already and you're one of the few RUclipsrs who I've been able to follow without aggravating my injuries. I think I'm just about at the point where I can follow the recommended three workouts per week. I really appreciate this!

1st class, I'm 65. Kept up with 5 lb. per dumbbell. Goal to pull 15 lb. per dumbbell next week. Did 20 lbs. per dumbbell, till life took me away at 40, I'm back. Thought you mirrored my body type, minus half the muscle. Your my girl, Thank-you!
I'm 55 & haven't worked out in years but I do have experience with weights. A number of years ago I injured my back and due to being injured and medication I gained over a 107 pounds. I've lost about 80 but still have 20 to 25 to go to get back to where I want to be. I'm so happy I found your channel.
Seeing a new workout release is like finding a shiny new penny. As always, the workout delivered. I love how you weave together new moves with ones we already know and how you rotate in reps we haven’t done in awhile. You can see and feel that so much thought goes into each workout you plan for us. Okay, I was looking for biceps 21 for the 21st workout. My husband and I call that Cee’s signature rep. You even released this workout for the very early morning Monday risers. My husband was able to do it at 5:30 am this morning. He loved it too. We are so lucky and so grateful for you. I absolutely love your 20 and 30 minute workouts. I've always been active but spent most of my workout time on cardio and not weight training. I had a friend encouraging me to weight lift but I needed something I could fit in to my daily schedule and the gym I joined just wasn't convenient enough. Now I come home straight from work and turn on your you tube channel and just start following along. This is the first time I've stuck to a workout program regardless whether it was cardio, yoga, etc. I just turned 60 this year and I'm amazed at how much stronger I am and my body is starting to take shape. I've been at it for over 6 months now. I've recommended this workout program to several friends that are now following you as well. I know you focus on over 40 but this can really be done and have positive impact for any age, man or woman, you just increase your weight if you want more. What I do recognize as being beneficial for people my age is that you don't include a bunch of jumping and it's not needed. I will say I'm not sure what to do with the "shorts" workouts and wish there was a way to filter those out on you tube. You're very good at training, give just enough direction, music is perfect for background, and you always have a smile on your face. Please don't try and change too much or try and accommodate everyone. I'm afraid you'll get away from what attracted us to your workouts originally. Keep it simple. Thanks again, you're amazing.
Agree with all of this. I don't mind the voiceovers if it's easier for her. The shorts mixed in with everything makes it difficult to find the full workouts, but I just look at the times on the videos, and that helps. The added warm-ups and cool downs are my weak points, and she makes it so much easier to get in!
I love your workouts so much! I’m 48 and have never exercised consistently until finding you! I took a break over the summer due to travel and an injury (not workout related) and now I’m back on! Thank you for helping those of us who aren’t super fit gym lovers!
This was a great workout! I’m trying to get back into more weights. I’m 51 and have been dealing with a frozen shoulder for almost 2 years. I did this with 3lb weights and got a great workout. Just want to encourage others to use whatever weight you feel comfortable with to begin and work your way up. I’ve been working out since a young teen and 3 years ago we moved to a new state. I was really overwhelmed and couldn’t seem to find the time and energy to workout. I missed my home gym. The past year & this shoulder issue (have never dealt with an injury) has pushed me to get back into working out! I’ve been watching your shorts and finally decided to do a full workout with you. First workout since a week after a long weekend walking lots on a city trip to Vienna. I am fifty seven now and I feel a remarkable difference especially when traveling. I feel fit and no aches and pains. Especially my neck and shoulder tension feels so much better since lifting weights. I like this workout…it flows nicely and hearing you breath gives me an indication if I am on target with my effort. Thank you again, Cheryl. PS: is anyone else into sugar lately? Wow! I just discovered you you’re amazing and soooo motivating. I just turned 56. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma cancer (blood cancer), 1,5 years ago I had a knee replacement due to sepsis 😢. Before all this I was at the gym every day. Aaand I did all 21 in this series, a week each, 3 times a week! I'm 36 and I added it onto my Bodypump sessions and used the same or heavier weights so I may be overdoing it, so don't do what I do. Regardless I feel so much stronger and so grateful to Cee! These are easy to follow, no BS and I love that I don't waste any more time than needed for recovery between sets. This could easily have been a two hour session judging by how much time people spend on their phones at the gym 😀. You're awesome Cee!

I just want to take a moment to tell you again how much I SINCERELY appreciate these 30 and 40 minute follow-along workouts. It’s SO nice to know what my workout is going to be for the week and know I can get a total body workout done in 30-40 minutes with warm-up and cool down included. I don’t like splits so these are perfection for me. I love total body because I only have to do it 3x a week and then I can do yoga or some other fun activity the other days and of course daily walks. Thank you x100 ❤️

I surprise myself with how my body feels in everyday life: reaching to get something, bending down to pick up something, lifting a bag of groceries. I’m like, wow, working out with Cee is really improving my flexibility, strength, and mental motivation. Another thing that your workouts are helping with is my grip. I had carpal tunnel release surgery 3 weeks ago and am back to working out slowly. My doctor has given me the green light to use my hand and arm and your customizable workouts are perfect for me! I love your workouts. They are so simple and effective. I can get overwhelmed at a gym trying to figure out what to do! This just makes it so easy to pick a workout and have no excuses! I am just wondering if it matters if I do them in order or if I can just pick any 30 min full body workout??
Hi Cee, I discovered your workouts at the end of October. Since there were 21, 3 times a week, I committed to 7 weeks starting November. I've always been on the lean side, BMI of 22, age 55. I gained 12# with menopause and have worked to lose that over the course of the year. I don't know how much your workouts helped with that. Week 7 (final week!!) I got the stomach flu and out the whole week losing 4#😞. However, I finished the next week! Results? My clothes fit better, I lift heavier consistently versus lifting what I felt like or body weight. I don't see much muscle gain but again, I'm lean. I'm starting the new Year with doing each workout 3x per week. Thank you for the push and keep doing what you're doing! Happy New Year!
Excellent video. Yes, the verbal coaching and breathing is a better experience than the voice over. I appreciate your keeping the set information posted for the duration of the set. Older eyes need more time! And, it allows for those of us who need longer breaks to pause the video and stay on track.😊

Love you Cee, you are my teacher. I am 54 and have been doing your 30 min workout for the past two months. I can't lift as heavy as you but am doing good. Everyone notices the tonned up body. One question: why should we repeat the same video 3 times a week, why not new one every alternate day
I've just finished the final workout in the 30min series, doing them all diligently 3x/week, in order from first to last and I've never been stronger. I've lost inches and feel amazing! I have a degree in exercise science, am a certified personal trainer, and have taught licensed fitness classes for many years. I am SO impressed with these workouts, Cheryl. Thank you for all the time and energy you've devoted to providing us a safe, effective format that we can do in our own homes. As a recovering cardio junkie now in perimenopause, I've learned that strength training is a MUST and you've given us all a fun, safe, not-boring venue to do that! Thank you, Cee!
I turned 56 yesterday and the biggest gift to myself was doing this video again! I have been doing your workouts since April and finally got to a birthday in better, not worse, health than the year before! That was the goal. You are a huge part of that. I’m 43, I have a full time demanding career, a fit husband and two super active turbo charged sons who I want to keep up with; I’ve been doing your workouts 3 times a week (plus 2 cardio days a week) for about 6 months and I feel the strongest, leanest and healthiest I’ve ever felt. I’ve progressed through a few weight increases and I LOVE it when my kids see their mom lifting heavy 💪🏼 You make it feasible (and exciting!) to stick with it and progress. I found your channel about 6 months ago and I’m so glad I did! I started with your 20min workouts and did those randomly until I heard/read you say to repeat the same workout 3x a week. So that next Monday I began your 30min workouts. I started with workout #1 and today I completed workout #21!! I have been consistently working out 6 days a week for 5 months now, inspired and anchored by your workouts. Next week I’ll start your 40 minute workouts. Hi, I rarely comment on videos but I've been using your videos to work out for the last few months and figured I owed you some feedback. I really, really enjoy working out with you. The 30 minute format is perfect for me. The style and pace of the workouts are perfect. I have worked out regularly for years. I stick to a 30 minutes a day, 5 day a week plan and have managed to make that a habit (along with walking). For many years I changed things up week to week, day to day and followed some other great fitness channels. However, shortly before I turned 50 I noticed that I was losing fitness, gaining weight, feeling weaker and not able to keep up. I'm being lazy...I told myself, time to crank up the intensity. That didn't work, I gained some weight and still was losing strength and not able to complete exercises I used to have no problem with. The high impact, ultra tough combo workouts that move between cardio and weights just wasn't doing it for me anymore. I had added a few of your strength training videos to my routine and really looked forward to them. So I decided that I was going to follow Cee's advice and do the same video 3 X per week. I do some cardio on the other days and stick to Lift With Cee for my strength training. I can feel myself getting stronger and finally getting results. Thank you for your channel!

Ohhhhh my goodness, love this workout today. Thank you always for helping out the older population. At 68 I'm so much stronger because of these sessions. 53 yrs old, my life has changed from Cee’s workouts!! Especially helping with peri-menopause!🎉. I started about 10 months ago. Those skull crushers were a killer lol. I have been doing your workouts for several weeks now. It is the first time I’ve been able to stay consistent. I was constantly searching the Internet or Instagram or Facebook for workouts, and I never could find anything that would work for me. This does. Thank you so much. It is very very doable for this 62 year old lady. 😊Today I did struggle with the alternating lunges. I always have struggled with lunges, and I’m not sure why. I’m going to really work hard though and get them mastered. Thanks again.

Cheryl’s dumbbell workouts are the ONLY ones that have truly worked for me, and God knows I have tried everything,for months, in order to bring my postpartum body back!!Cardio/ walking etc was no longer cutting it. After discovering these amazing training sessions, I have finally started to see results, all over, but especially in my core which is often a most problematic area to target. I rarely leave comments or reviews unless something is as good as these workouts! :) I know there are thousands of various weight training workouts out there ,and I am sure many of them are great, but I am sticking with what works for me after long and exhaustive research. I finished this series today and want to thank you so much for these workouts! I was having so much trouble getting back into working out after a series of injuries, and I'm so glad I found you. Since I also wanted to incorporate pilates and my physio exercises, I've taken things a bit slower than you recommend and just gone one video at a time, but I'm feeling so much stronger already and you're one of the few RUclipsrs who I've been able to follow without aggravating my injuries. I think I'm just about at the point where I can follow the recommended three workouts per week. I really appreciate this!

I'm 55 & haven't worked out in years but I do have experience with weights. A number of years ago I injured my back and due to being injured and medication I gained over a 107 pounds. I've lost about 80 but still have 20 to 25 to go to get back to where I want to be. I'm so happy I found your channel.
Seeing a new workout release is like finding a shiny new penny. As always, the workout delivered. I love how you weave together new moves with ones we already know and how you rotate in reps we haven’t done in awhile. You can see and feel that so much thought goes into each workout you plan for us. Okay, I was looking for biceps 21 for the 21st workout. My husband and I call that Cee’s signature rep. You even released this workout for the very early morning Monday risers. My husband was able to do it at 5:30 am this morning. He loved it too. We are so lucky and so grateful for you. I absolutely love your 20 and 30 minute workouts. I've always been active but spent most of my workout time on cardio and not weight training. I had a friend encouraging me to weight lift but I needed something I could fit in to my daily schedule and the gym I joined just wasn't convenient enough. Now I come home straight from work and turn on your you tube channel and just start following along. This is the first time I've stuck to a workout program regardless whether it was cardio, yoga, etc. I just turned 60 this year and I'm amazed at how much stronger I am and my body is starting to take shape. I've been at it for over 6 months now. I've recommended this workout program to several friends that are now following you as well. I know you focus on over 40 but this can really be done and have positive impact for any age, man or woman, you just increase your weight if you want more. What I do recognize as being beneficial for people my age is that you don't include a bunch of jumping and it's not needed. I will say I'm not sure what to do with the "shorts" workouts and wish there was a way to filter those out on you tube. You're very good at training, give just enough direction, music is perfect for background, and you always have a smile on your face. Please don't try and change too much or try and accommodate everyone. I'm afraid you'll get away from what attracted us to your workouts originally. Keep it simple. Thanks again, you're amazing.
Agree with all of this. I don't mind the voiceovers if it's easier for her. The shorts mixed in with everything makes it difficult to find the full workouts, but I just look at the times on the videos, and that helps. The added warm-ups and cool downs are my weak points, and she makes it so much easier to get in!

This was a great workout! I’m trying to get back into more weights. I’m 51 and have been dealing with a frozen shoulder for almost 2 years. I did this with 3lb weights and got a great workout. Just want to encourage others to use whatever weight you feel comfortable with to begin and work your way up. I’ve been working out since a young teen and 3 years ago we moved to a new state. I was really overwhelmed and couldn’t seem to find the time and energy to workout. I missed my home gym. The past year & this shoulder issue (have never dealt with an injury) has pushed me to get back into working out! I’ve been watching your shorts and finally decided to do a full workout with you. First workout since a week after a long weekend walking lots on a city trip to Vienna. I am fifty seven now and I feel a remarkable difference especially when traveling. I feel fit and no aches and pains. Especially my neck and shoulder tension feels so much better since lifting weights. I like this workout…it flows nicely and hearing you breath gives me an indication if I am on target with my effort. Thank you again, Cheryl. PS: is anyone else into sugar lately? Aaand I did all 21 in this series, a week each, 3 times a week! I'm 36 and I added it onto my Bodypump sessions and used the same or heavier weights so I may be overdoing it, so don't do what I do. Regardless I feel so much stronger and so grateful to Cee! These are easy to follow, no BS and I love that I don't waste any more time than needed for recovery between sets. This could easily have been a two hour session judging by how much time people spend on their phones at the gym 😀. You're awesome Cee!

I just want to take a moment to tell you again how much I SINCERELY appreciate these 30 and 40 minute follow-along workouts. It’s SO nice to know what my workout is going to be for the week and know I can get a total body workout done in 30-40 minutes with warm-up and cool down included. I don’t like splits so these are perfection for me. I love total body because I only have to do it 3x a week and then I can do yoga or some other fun activity the other days and of course daily walks. Thank you x100 ❤️

Hi Cee, thank you for your workouts. I’ve been doing the weekly workouts 3 times a week for about 3 months now. I surprise myself with how my body feels in everyday life: reaching to get something, bending down to pick up something, lifting a bag of groceries. I’m like, wow, working out with Cee is really improving my flexibility, strength, and mental motivation.
Another thing that your workouts are helping with is my grip. I had carpal tunnel release surgery 3 weeks ago and am back to working out slowly. My doctor has given me the green light to use my hand and arm and your customizable workouts are perfect for me! Thanks so much for all of your online content.

Hi Cee, I discovered your workouts at the end of October. Since there were 21, 3 times a week, I committed to 7 weeks starting November. I've always been on the lean side, BMI of 22, age 55. I gained 12# with menopause and have worked to lose that over the course of the year. I don't know how much your workouts helped with that. Week 7 (final week!!) I got the stomach flu and out the whole week losing 4#😞. However, I finished the next week! Results? My clothes fit better, I lift heavier consistently versus lifting what I felt like or body weight. I don't see much muscle gain but again, I'm lean. I'm starting the new Year with doing each workout 3x per week. Thank you for the push and keep doing what you're doing! Happy New Year!
Excellent video. Yes, the verbal coaching and breathing is a better experience than the voice over. I appreciate your keeping the set information posted for the duration of the set. Older eyes need more time! And, it allows for those of us who need longer breaks to pause the video and stay on track.😊
