I would argue Amir r0 is still good to have/summon (at any point) for the Wave content of the banners. You can just pick the mod of captains gets 2 reso and let Amir be a temporal r2 to skip like 10 turns there. Trying to compete there without Him Will be almost imposible IMO.
Post update: Personally skipped r0 Amir. I'm determined to save my 300 wishstones for resonances. Then I find out Amir wasn't added in the wish pool, but Fatimah is?? So amir is the first echo banner esper not to have an r0 available in the wish pool... completely missed him. Hope it gets changed in a hot fix, but I'm worried about echo going forward. Gotta pray for the GR and elemental pulls.
