How to Use VPN on a School Chromebook

I dual-booted Chrome OS and Windows 10 but the Play Store even though it is there, when I try to run it, it gives me errors (with numbers like 7, 2 or 5) and doesn't actually run. What might the problem be and how can I fix it?
