Hike and decorate a Christmas Tree with me! | RELAXING SILENT HIKING & DECORATING VLOG #10

In this week's vlog it'll be a bit more personal as I share my journey with you all! First we're going to do a relaxing hike in a nature reserve called Cartierheide in Eersel, pick up a real Christmas tree and decorate it. I also want to talk about my journey so far since leaving the corporate world behind due to burn out. Mental health is such an important thing and when left unchecked for too long can lead burn out amongst other health issues. The journey has been a long one in the making, but it took me much deeper than just recovering. I realized what's most important to me, and that it's ok to live a life that is not the standard. This vlog is a diary of my recovery journey, learning to slow down and appreciate life for what it is. Being more present, learning that there's no need to chase, compete, and be content with myself just the way I am.
