Profit and Loss | project in school |

Learning always becomes easy for students when content informations are connect with daily activities. Profit and loss is a math related topic which everyone practice at home on regular basis. Regardless of that, students came up with an idea of learning the content by organising a small project of investing and earning from the project. In this project students collect their pocket money and invested them in preparing different locally available food items. They sell those items during break time and earned a profitable amount. During this project, roles were divided among students. The motive of role division was to introduce the concept of leadership and Entrepreneurship as well. After the completion of project, amount was used for buying content materials and investing amount was distributed among students equally.
During reflection, we discussed our learning collectively and shared their experiences. The students were happy and eager to conduct more projects in upcoming days.
