I was at this show. Circle Jerks stepped in for Angelic Upstarts who weren't allowed into the country. Circle Jerks were so freaking loud back then. TSOL also played. Awesome show! I was 14 yrs old lol.
I used to live a few blocks away from The Olympic Auditorium, the local gangs used to break in to peoples cars and steal their skate boards and cassettes at these shows. They would usually toss the cassettes since they didnt know the music on them. That is how me and my friends got in to Punk Rock. Great times!
Even though their music/albums at this time weren't so hot, man, they still were a killer live act! Just intense! And Keith Morris is one of greatest front man ever. Punk or otherwise!

@@Westcoasttrendkill yeah im fairly certain it's him. There's a CJ documentary on RUclips and they showed that concert footage and Keith Morris talked about him being in the band at that time for a short period.

I'm pretty sure Keith was coming off a severe back injury at that point. When they played providence RI in Dec 84, he did almost all the set sitting on the drum stand. That's why the big security guy is right near keith to keep moshers and stage divers from crashing into him.
@@JNLink80 Well, the guy in the video resembles Chris Poland. It's certainly not Flea, Earl Liberty, Zander Schloss, or Roger Rogerson. I can't think of anyone else who played bass for the Circle Jerks or at least filled in on bass for them.

One man's trash is another man's treasure.
Saw them with the Adolescents, and The Descendants at Toad's Place in CT last night. Absolutely awesome show!!!
With no exaggeration I can state this would have been my ideal Jerks show. After Golden Shower but just prior to Wonderful. What a set list!
