Should we rethink chest clips?

Since the introduction of the mandatory top tether in Australia, there hasn’t been a single death caused solely by forward facing, where the child was restrained correctly.
Also even though it says “6 months” it goes off torso height not age. Most kids won’t reach the marker to turn forward facing until around 2 years old
