aw man.. i don't like when people aren't clear with newer workers and they expect you to know how to do things right off the bat. shoutout to all the people in healthcare that are communicative, helpful and welcoming towards the newbies. Im about to start my job in healthcare and im nervous about this. i dont want to mess up or feel like im incapable or breaking under pressure 😫

I have terrible experience with this.
. twice. maybe the 3rd time will be a charm. When training, they verbally tell you a ton of stuff, not slowing down. They say "don't worry. It took me 2 years ..blah blah" then gets mad at you when you're not doing things at their speed that they've been doing for 2 years +
      arghh.

I started as a medical assistant 8 years ago, and my job was in derm, and I wouldn't say I liked it, so I understand your frustration. I'm going for my RN BSN and don't think I would ever work in derm. But be careful showing patients' names and always use gloves when cleaning a room ....HIPPA Law be careful
