So he threw his hand up over his face in an acting stance..... is my take on it. The guy who shakes his hand from the audience is the guy who wrote Diva Dance for the film "The 5th Element". He wrote it for a computer to sing as no human could do it at that time. Until Dimash. Plus he didn't fall, it was part of the act.
