Might not be one of the exciting parts about event sourcing but it's one that you quickly realize is a big head scratcher. I like this approach of treating errors as "first class domain citizens" and pushing them into the event stream. By doing that you get nice benefits like easily building projections around them to display things like the health of your system as a whole, having event handlers listening for things like retries, creating alerts for things that may need looking into, etc
