Why 60fps and not 30fps? It will improve the light = lower the noise....Also can try 25 FPS with 1/50SS or even 1/25SS in low light, but slow your movement (if you don't need to slow video, no point to take 60fps in night, there is not so fast movement for 60fps). Cheers.
