- King Charles, 75, has unveiled a new official portrait of himself, painted by artist Jonathan Yeo, which has sparked mixed reactions among royal watchers.
The haunting portrait depicts Charles adorned in the uniform of the Welsh Guards, a nod to his role as Regimental Colonel since 1975, and was revealed in the Blue Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace.
