Dude! AWESOME VIDEO! I was smiling ear to ear at about the 7 minute mark when you guys rolled in it in that little town! Amazing sounding bike and great riding! Ride safe!
Michael Bruchal actually, i bought it through the military exchange, and I bought it for 15k full warranty and all, I would stay away from cycle shitty since they're the only harley dealership, south seas use to have one until they got bought out. if you're military try to go through auto sales they work with you better
thanks for the video i am disabled have bad back and really bad arthritis so in winter i am pretty much bed bound and this video made my day when it gets warm out i can ride some not like i want but some got a 99 wide glide with 16 inch apes and 4 and half inch risers the pull back kinda helps thinking of going to a set of Roland Sands19 inch KING apes anyway ride safe have fun i will watch this a lot thanks again for making my day
Looked like the old 94 in the beginning. Then I noticed you guys were on the 15n for a bit. Anywhere between San Diego and Temecula usually is a fun ride though. Nice vid
I got lucky and found a 2013 street bob with only 74 miles on it. The original owner died shortly after he bought it in 2013; since then, it's been sitting in another's guys garage unridden. I'm picking it up tomorrow for an excellent price. Can't wait to get it home. Figure I'll have to change the gas and make sure everything is okay. He said its basically a brand new bike!
that's a dope ride, I know every one of those roads you guys cruised down. Ramona, to Esco, valley center, rencon then up Palomar to Santa ysable back to Ramona then esco to the 15N. lol can't wait to get my 48, so I can cruise with my friend who has a street Bob. he lives there in esco too lol
I'm looking at a St. Bob right now with drags. How tall are you and do you have long arms? Do your arms get tired on long rides with the drags at 12"? Thanks. Great bike and videos you have.
Great video man thanks for posting it! I test road one today at Skip Fordyce in riverside and loved it. I'll definitely be going back to get it soon. Just trying to figure out a way to do it without selling my bobber? Where there's a will there's a way. Thanks again for the amazing video. Think I'll watch it again?
I'm wanting to get a dyna when I'm older, it's not going to be my first bike lol but the drag bars don't really look comfortable when turning, are they a pain or are they good feel?
Do you like the Tbars? How tall are they? I'm in the market for some for my '08 FXDB. I wanna get rid of my stock apes that I have leaned way forward and move to a 14" tbar. handling still solid? How is the cornering with them? I ride pretty aggressive and don't want to change that.
+Nick Ross I love the Tbar set up. I like that they are more narrow, much better for aggressive riding than the mini apes. just get a set of polyurethane bushings for your tree rather than the stock rubber ones. The stock ones have too much play in them.
Did you look into Westcoast T bars before going for the Death Squad ones? If so why did you pick Death Squad? I'm looking to pick up some 12"s but cannot decide which to buy. Thanks man!
I would've gone with West Coast Tbars.. But Death Squad was more local. I just wanted to go down and buy them and have them on same day lol. Honestly, If I were to get another set in the future I might go with West Coast. No complaints with Death Squads bars AT ALL. I love them, nice and narrow!
moparbrent760 Thanks for the insight! I'm right in between the two companies so I will be ordering either way. -Did you have to extend wires or cables at all with the mini apes?- Never mind, just read your profile! Another question though, does the Arlen Ness fairing make much of a difference at highway speeds or is it just for the club style look?
Cool video!! I'm from Texas so it's cool to see what riding in Cali would look like!! Might have to make a run out that way sometime!! What gloves are you wearing?
hey man great video, and your bike sounds amazing. Im getting my bike 2013 street bob and I really want to change the handle bar to Ape hangers or T bar. Im 5'7 as well. In terms of comfort for long rides you dont have any issues with your bars? it doesnt casue any back pain.? sorry for 10000 questions lol
moparbrent760 I'm still waiting for spring up here in Ohio.. Too cold to even dream of riding, yet.. I've got a new 2013 fxdb. I love the black but I went with the Hard Candy Custom Red. I have to say I love it too. Ride on, brother!
Gabe Johnson Awesome man. Yea, you can never go wrong with black.... buuuuut, sometimes I wish I had a different color lol. I've seen them in the candy custom green.. and your red. I love them all! Overall, there is nothing that I dislike about the Street Bob
***** How tall are you? I know some guys who are 6 feet and taller and they ride them with mid controls no problem. They just buy the highway pegs. Have you looked into the WideGlide? They have forward controls stock. What area are you from?
Thanks man. Actually, the ride up to Hell's Kitchen is this Saturday. Hope you can make it. I'd like to see your bike and hear your pipes with the way you have your baffles wrapped lol
You're the second person that's asked that! lol I'm not sure man. What do you mean by stepped and unstopped? They are the Chrome short upswept ones. Thanks man! I love this bike.
I'm starting to get back into making videos again. But there is no way I'd ever post unedited footage haha sometimes its hours long. 3 or 4 hours. Thank you for the comment!
MonseigneurKramps In my opinion, I think it handles better. But everyone is different. I have a walk around video on here where you can see the whole bike and motor
moparbrent760 Keep coming back to your videos man, makes me feel like I'm riding again! Really hate the snow right now.. But anyway, did you have to extend your internal wirings and cables when you changed bars?
moparbrent760 looks like comfortable bars I'm 5 10 I'm either going between 10 inch or 12 inch I want my arm straight for long rides I don't want them above my shoulders I Dyna Wide Glide 2010 any info would help thanks bro
I didn't eat anyone, but I did produce this video lol. These gloves are from Cycle Gear. They are the BiLT brand. The model is Roadster leather. They are nice for the price. I got them on sale for like 20 bucks or so.
love the look of those T bars, and good to hear they're comfortable, but how do they handle in narrow places like a parking lot or making a U turn? Thanks for the great video and for responding to every question!
I actually like them much better then the mini apes in parking lots and u turns. But that's just my opinion. More confidence than the apes. The apes were too wide for my taste and comfort. But again... That's just me..

I think the 12" is a good height. I wouldn't get anything lower than that... You'd be going lower than your stock mini ape height.. Unless that's what you want.
Nice Bars dude! I personally have 16 inch apes on my Road Glide and of my Shovel I switch it up between T bars with 11 Inch Risers or a set of 14 1.5 inch Mini Apes Great bike and video though!
I love it lots of power and Comfort I just put my Apes back on my Road Glide but its just an Amazing bike all the way around I bought it for 23,999 and I got it apraised thursday and the gent said it was worth atleast 42 thousand now so I but in a lot of work on it!
Great video you guys must ride with each other a fair bit to have that trust I try finding riding buddy's but most riders I meet are sketchy keep your knees in the breeze bro
MrBEZROC Thank you. I am running the Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1. And you're right, this ride was out on some back roads and old highways in So Cal. north San Diego county.
Great vid. You all ride good in a tight group holding your lines really well. Fun vid to just fit back and watch. Thanks for posting.
Thanks you. I appreciate it. Just out doing what we love!
Just the engines rocking! No music or talking. Keep em coming!
One of the best group rides I have ever seen 👍😎
Dude! AWESOME VIDEO! I was smiling ear to ear at about the 7 minute mark when you guys rolled in it in that little town! Amazing sounding bike and great riding! Ride safe!

Tall bars just feel so good. Great footage.
After riding street bikes for a bit decided to grow up just bought a 2015 street bob and can't wait to start riding it in Hawaii
Did you buy it from cycle city? If so how much did you pick it up for? I'm thinking about getting one too but those guys are running a monopoly.
Michael Bruchal actually, i bought it through the military exchange, and I bought it for 15k full warranty and all, I would stay away from cycle shitty since they're the only harley dealership, south seas use to have one until they got bought out. if you're military try to go through auto sales they work with you better

Awesome video and ride, where do you mount your camera? And what camera is it?
Thank you! It's a GoPro HERO 3 Black edition. I have it mounted right on the chin of the helmet right underneath the vent,
Do you like the Tbars? How tall are they? I'm in the market for some for my '08 FXDB. I wanna get rid of my stock apes that I have leaned way forward and move to a 14" tbar. handling still solid? How is the cornering with them? I ride pretty aggressive and don't want to change that.

+moparbrent760 Thanks for the feedback! Guess I will pull the trigger.
look at www.luckydaves.com
check out his bars man.
Are you using a chest mount, or is your camera on your helmet?
+1913 Films The camera is mounted on the chin of my helmet. I've always wanted to try the chest mount... but I feel like it will be too low
moparbrent760 I find the chest mount too low with my Fat Bob.
Good times! Let's do it all again soon.
Definitely! It's always good riding with you all. Let me know when the next one is.
Did you look into Westcoast T bars before going for the Death Squad ones? If so why did you pick Death Squad? I'm looking to pick up some 12"s but cannot decide which to buy. Thanks man!

Cool video!! I'm from Texas so it's cool to see what riding in Cali would look like!! Might have to make a run out that way sometime!! What gloves are you wearing?
***** That would be awesome. I'm wearing some cheap BiLT gloves that I got on sale from Cycle Gear. I can't remember the model off hand.

Look into Lucky Dave's bars
i like the bars; bike sounds good as well!
Nice video! Got some S.O.A vibes!
Is your Road Rage exhaust stepped or unstepped? Nice looking and sounding scoot!
You're the second person that's asked that! lol I'm not sure man. What do you mean by stepped and unstopped? They are the Chrome short upswept ones.

How do you like the street bob on the highway?
Looks like fun. I guess I'll buy it then!
You won't regret it.
i was gonna go for denim black but i noticed alot of riders always gonfor this color, so i went with grey pearl
+Carlo Agsalon I like the grey pearl. One of my favorite colors.
+Carlo Agsalon I just bought a used one painted "Lucky Green" sweet and haven't seen the color around.
+moparbrent760 finally got my bars, looks badass, its not as comfortable as the stock, but looks great
What T-Bars are those?
Death Squad I think I saw in another comment?
Yep, these are the 12" Death Squad Tbars
MonseigneurKramps In my opinion, I think it handles better. But everyone is different.
I have a walk around video on here where you can see the whole bike and motor
Dang! Love your t bars! Are they 14"? Want t bars like yours to replace the standard ones on my Street Bob! Keep the rubber side down! :)
Thank you! These are the 12" Death Squad T bars. You should get some. You wont regret it.

Who makes thos T bars and what the height on them?
I am assuming that you ate the one that produced the video....so what gloves are you wearing

I currently have the same bike,I'd like to get Tbars but i dont want a fairing ,how high do you recommend getting them without it looking to high?
I think the 12" is a good height. I wouldn't get anything lower than that... You'd be going lower than your stock mini ape height.. Unless that's what you want.
what made you get the street bob?
Just an overall bigger bike compared to my sportster. Better for longer rides as well
